Shouldnt racially profile a viking and a native. All i was looking for was mead (why did it took 3 of you to help me), when you guys didnt carry my saskberry, you guys followed me into a cooler for beer. I paid my full bill and got my beer with a very perturbed cashier. Not impressed. Next time ill stick to my Co-op liquor. Thanks

I went in today to find a simple red wine for a new recipe I’m trying out. I don’t drink wine so I wasn’t really sure what to grab and what kind of bottles had corks. I asked Natalie for help and I noticed that she was actually on her way out from her shift. Nonetheless she was delighted to help me anyway. She showed me what kind of corkscrew I needed and made great recommendations. I’m still young and can feel out of place in liquor stores but she welcomed me with an amazing smile. You can really tell she cares about her work and the customers. I apologized of course for bothering her on her way out but she reassured me that it was no problem at all. Such a lovely person, thanks so much Natalie!

Wine tasting bar needs re-think. It is often used as a storage space, I think. Counters are crowded.

I believe we are paying a bit more for a better experience. So I expect better service.

Generally staff is friendly. But I am not sure all of them have customer service in mind, may be because people will buy liquor anyway. They need to improve their wine tasting bar practices so there is better customer experience for serious wine tasters who are regular customers.
