Very bad reception staff attitude. Below zero.
Inflexibility rescheduling.
Didn't accommodate me to reschedule and charged for full service and cancellation fee without receiving the service! ! When asked to book a new appointment they were unable to reverse the cancellation fee and asked me to pay for the service again! They mentioned they will relay that to their manager but I didn't receive any communication.
They were very successful on not to choose their service again.
Moreover, they commonly would whisper to each other while you are talking to them over the phone.
May be customer service and communication skills courses would help?
However, my skin therapist was very good.
Unfortunately, cannot book with this Saloon again.

Kaitlyn gave me a great massage, is personable, attentive and friendly. I really appreciated when I was flagged down in the parking lot as I was leaving to give me my bracelet that I left in the room. Excellent service! Thank you!

Came for a pedi, left with a painful little injury! My technician was overzealous with cuticle scissors especially on my big toes, one worse than the other. She cut into the fleshy part of my cuticle. Then came the tortuous burn/sting with each application of acetone, rubbing alcohol, etc, on the open nicks. I wasn't happy. The left toe healed up within a couple of days but the right toe took at least a week of soaking and applying polysporin for the resulting infection to subside.

This happened at the east location; my subsequent experience at the south location was a good one.

Kaitlyns’s massages and the spa’s atmosphere are second to none. I leave the spa feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Great place to visit. Lots of hikes trip explore and great restaurants although places start closed around 5 pm.

My bestie and I had side by side spa pedicures.it was fabulous Kylie is gentle with the tools and gives the best massage! My polish was so pretty Happy Feet
