Spicy Peppercorn Chinese & Vietnamese Restaurant

We have ordered from here at least once a month lately for delivery, and the quality of food has not wavered nor has the service.
It has always been hot and fresh, recommend the lemon chicken and black bean chicken, we try to order something new every time from their expansive menu.
Have not been disappointed with our choices thus far.
Delivery people have been great, friendly and polite.
Hmm. Think we'll be enjoying Spicy Peppercorn tonight!

We ordered d takeout and it was busy but the staff remained calm and courteous. The food was great!

It's was totally awesome food if you're into Chinese or Vietnamese! Yummy! Slurp! Lol! It was pretty good with hot oil n sauce! Recommended for sure!

Very good food, the only reason I give it four stars is due to unpredictable business hours. Many times I have called up to two hours before their posted closing time and they've already closed.

We were told to go sit at a dirty table. The server came to wipe the table wiping food and crumbs on my lap. She came to wipe it a second time and when she was done, the table was still dirty and sticky. We ordered the imperial for 2. After about 40 minutes we got an egg roll, which was cold. About 10 minutes later we got some cold chicken fried rice and cold chicken balls. Then about 10 mins later we got the chicken chowmein.which was at least warm, BUT.soggy and tasteless. The almond gai ding was warm as well, but consisted of mainly carrot which was undercooked and all you could taste. The entire meal was left basically untouched. When we paid, I told the cashier that the meal was absolutely terrible as well as the service. She asked if I would like it boxed up! Needless to say I will not ever go back or recommend to anyone!

Tried calling for delivery 12 times with no response. Just a recorded voice asking for a code or a pickup and hang up 10 seconds later.

My husband and I ordered chicken fried rice, chicken chow mein, and egg rolls. The rice was tasteless and the chow mein tasted like cornstarch. The manager hesitated in giving us our money back. She took a call and it took 5 minutes to return our money. I wouldn't even given them a star but this review app didn't give me a choice.

Very knowledgeable and polite! Knew how to safely provide a gluten free feast for the family. Seriously quite impressive and food was delicious. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We found hair in the fried rice. I would post a pic but I can't seem to add it. I'm so disgusted. I'm not ordering from here again.
For those of you who think that may not be a big deal, it's actually quite disturbing, because hair is protein and one cannot "sterilize" it no matter how hot you cook it.
