Service was not great, shoes were marked wrong and a couple were mismatched. Overall, the store was in disarray.

Exceptional customer service. Especially Abby. I came in the other day looking for some good walking shoes, Abby offered me a variety of options and answered all my questions. My feet have never felt better. Thanks Abby!

By far the best location of the ones in the city. Super friendly staff, and they always go above and beyond. One of the managers (about 22 ish with dark hair and glasses) is fantastic! She really knows her stuff and is a pleasure to talk to!

No service! Was here to drop some cash at 10am Saturday morning. Could not find assistance, after searching the store I decided to go to the front area, where 2 employees plus the manager where serving 1 person checking out! I asked if I could get assistance, but no one responded. A 4th employee comes out from the dressing room area I asked for assistance she said, "give me a few mins"

Went back no one came to assist me, I decided to go downtown to tge other sports check I was walking out the door when the manager (bald older guy) approa he'd me and now wanted to assist!

I could see this happening during high time Saturday, but not at 11am! Every single time I come to this location I can never get assistance? Why?

Go to another sports store! This store has no respect customers! They don't care if you support them or not!

I want to support local, but not at the cost of feeling rejected when your trying to purchase expensive sports items!

My experience was great at this store bought some stuff from this store. Employee name Morgan was very kind, caring. She is best employee and super role model of this store.

I recently had a very bad experience at the service shop on this store, and even when their customer support center heard my complaints and took some correcting actions, I cannot in good faith recommend going there. On the other hand, I have had good experiences at the other two sport chek stores in the city.

Their workmanship is really poor. I really don't know if they train staff to stand behind workmanship. They were so scared being responsible for anything that my wife had to calm them down when they were tossing around the responsibilities. No wonder why they were so scared to be reponsible for their collegues work because they put the ski bracket for the same ski set with completely different length. Really simple job gone wrong I had to adjust it at the moutain. Mistakes happen, but they were surprisingly unreliable.

Probably the best sport chek I’ve been to lately. Granted no one ever approached me on the floor while I was searching for a specific jacket but the cashier was very nice.
