I recently had a terrible experience at this barbershop. First, when I called to make an appointment with Tony, the staff was incredibly rude over the phone, which left a bad impression. I arrived on time for my appointment, but I still had to wait an additional 16 minutes, with no explanation or apology for the delay. Upon arrival, I got to know that my stylist Tony wasn’t available and had left for the day. To make matters worse, there was no one at the front desk to guide or assist customers. I opted for their MVP premium service, but it turned out to be a complete waste. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone based on the poor customer service experience I had. What a great barber experience. Highly recommend it for it's reasonably priced haircuts and sports bar experience while getting a haircut. I got a haircut and beard trim for twenty minutes of my time. Highly professional and didn't have to wait in any lineups to get started.
