St. Charles Place

I love the area and the buildings are kept very clean. I am unhappy about the lack of respect that long-term renters receive. Last year I had to fight to keep my incentive. This year (just resigned my lease), my incentive DROPPED by $30/month. With the current increase an my lower incentive, my rent is going up by $80/month. I have a heating vent running through my storage room, so basically I have a shelf in my storage room to utilize, despite this, and being a renter for 14 years, my incentive is less? BTW, I rushed to move into this suite to get away from a bad situation with my ex at Lawson Village, but I did do a walk through and was NOT told about the storage room. I am extremely disappointed as a long-term renter. The 3-star review is because of the nice area and the cleanliness of the building only.
