Worst place to come for any kind of UPS, purlator, or DHL for pickup. If you need a pickup location for your parcels I would suggest any other location because you will wait in line forever at counter because the same counter also does detail graphics/design and photo printing service. It will be faster for you to drive to another location and skip the wait in line. Also many other people will be waiting.

Absolutely rude! No customer service provided! I have been supplying all my small business office needs from here. It won’t happen ever again.

Update: I went to the Albert street location and I was able to easily do the print job I requested. In the east location they told me it’s impossible and they never do that in Staples anywhere and acted as if I was lying that I have done it before!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had in a retail establishment. As a business model that relies solely on providing products to consumers executing good customer service skills to ensure sales and customer retention, there seems to be a complete disregard and lack of understanding of this basic principle at this location. Upon entering the store, I tried to return an item that was defective. I had a receipt, an active code, the product and a detailed explanation in addition to it being within 24 hours of purchasing the item. After being told I cannot do a return or exchange as it was Microsoft's responsibility, I was given a number from their General Manager to talk them regarding my issue. I was given the wrong number, and spent 45 minutes on hold just to be transferred to the correct department. The correct department then told me that although their GM told me that Microsoft could fix my issue, they told me that as a retailing partner that had an obligation to take my return as a defective product as they could not provide me any solution as they took my payment. I returned to Staples, to be told that the GM is in an interview and will be busy for 30 to 45 minutes. I then waited in the building for the GM for that amount of time, only to be told time and time again throughout the period by associates that Microsoft should be dealing with this and that I should call another representative because whoever I spoke to was wrong. I did so, and after talking to 4 separate agents in 3 different departments, they all told me the same thing. That I had a defective product that should be returned to the retailer, as my purchase was from the retailer and that they were selling Microsoft products on their behalf. After ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES, I see the GM breeze past me without even acknowledging me, knowing who I was from our first interaction, as I waited patiently, nor did any associate insist on trying to stop her to give me the 5 MINUTES I requested of her because she is apparently too busy for her customers or corporate clients. I am a Manager, there on company time, being told that I would have her attention eventually only to be literally walked right past. Not even notified that despite being told that she would have time, that something had come up and would not be able to help me, or offering to reschedule a discussion time to resolve my issue. I did overtime that day to simply get my duties done because guess what, I'm a busy Manager too. I was civil throughout all my interactions with their staff despite an immense amount of reasonable frustration, and being sent down a rabbit hole for 6 hours total throughout the day because the GM could not be bothered to even clarify procedures with her Regional District Manager, Microsoft or provide me with the correct Microsoft technical support number that would have at least saved me two hours of holding. Their Staples policy for Microsoft products did not coincide with their Microsoft partner's policies, and they left it to me, the consumer, to sort out their own bureaucratic non sense. At least one associate apologized that I was going through this, although implying that somehow the situation was my fault beforehand. After 6 hours, I spent the 5 minutes I needed with a compassionate manager at the North Staples location who took the time to hear my story, resolve my problem and exchange it for a new product. Simply deactivated the product, wrote it off as defective/damaged and sent me on my way with my new product. An associate simply does not have the executive power to make such a decision or navigate conflicting company policies, which is why I asked to talk to the East Staples General Manager in the first place. 2014 Aurora Blvd in Regina, SK should truly be avoided for any purchasing beyond simple paper, although they don't deserve any business at all.

Not a good spot if u looking for Laptop repair.i waited 30 mins and later they excused me for no show or more wait for 30 mins. Brutal
Then i went to Bestbuy the Geek Squad they sent my laptop to BC and fixed it within 8 days and received it at home and just paid 22$ (240$ yearly) for membership thats all.all home repairs r covered now!

We thought it would be easier to preorder the chair mat that we wanted and do curb side pickup. I have a Preferred Staples account because I'm a small business owner. We checked the website which said your store had over 20 in stock. I placed the order and expected the "quick pickup" to be notified within 2 hours. Late in the day, still no "ready for pickup" email, I called the local number. The IVR said for local delivery press 6, I didn't have a delivery, I had a pick up so I chose another option and did not get the local store. The gent there was confused by the order as Staples have a charity drive going which shows as an additional item. Once we got that sorted he told me that I had selected the wrong IVR option and would need to call the store directly. As I had NOT dialed the 1-888 number but the local store I was a bit confused. He cared not and told me to deal with the local store. Okee dokee. I call the local store. Well did you get an email telling you it's ready? No, that's why I'm calling, the website said you have it in stock. Well, you need to wait for the email. Okee dokee. Wait.three days then get a vague email that says "partial shipment of your order is available for pick up at the store". I'm assuming this is because of the donation item. Wish me luck.going to try and pick up the item. If this is Preferred treatment, vanquish the thought of regular customer service. My biggest issue here is not actually the lack of 2 hour "quick order" but the lack of customer service of the two gentlemen I spoke it. If the local guy could see my order and I did make a mistake and not place the order for quick pick up of the items in stock, could he not have informed me and said, come on down, we have them here in store? Rather than making me wait 3 days for unknown reason? This is not good service and certainly not more convenient than going down there in person.

Saturday afternoon. 3 employees standing at thier stations doing nothing. Went to one to ask for help to purchase $300 wireless ear buds. No one showed up in 20 mins and the person l went to saw me coming over and went in back. Contacted the 2 store managers and told them the issue. They didn't seem to really care and offered no assistance.

In these trying business times wouldn't you think they would try to be helpful to customers?

I really shouldn’t have to tell anyone I don’t need help - three times in a row. Just because I’m using your office display to set my laptop up and do some work shouldn’t make me such an object of attention. If you really must know what I’m doing, I’m trying to send files for printing and you’re making me extremely uncomfortable!

Don’t make any big purchases from staples. I was looking for a blue Apple Watch 6 as a gift for my significant other. They didn’t have one but recommended I buy from their website and have it shipped to the store. So I did that but while I was waiting for it to arrive they announced the presale for the new one. So when it arrived I went to talk to them about sending it back and I would buy the new one instead. They said no problem and that I would get my refund in 7-10 business days. 28 days later and three phone calls I still haven’t gotten anything. I went into the store to find out what’s going on and they haven’t even shipped it back. They say they’re gonna ship it back now and I have to wait another 7-10 days to see my refund. I’ve already been waiting more than double and almost three times more than they told me. They did nothing to make it right even though it was their screw up. The manager I talked to (both times) seemed annoyed that I was even there talking to her. I don’t recommend buying anything from this store. Their customer service is awful and theyre incredibly unhelpful. I definitely won’t be purchasing the new Apple Watch (or anything else) from them.

The brand new location in Aurora is a nice facility. Selection has changed quite a bit from the old store but generally there's a lot of options in most categories. The technology and accessories section has also expanded a lot from the old building. On the downside, it seems there is less general office equipment selection and more products seem sold out than usual (but that might change).

The staff is generally good, but definitely have a tendency to swarm anybody browsing bigger ticket items (especially printers).

Printing staff goes as slow as they can usually 3 or 4 people back there and they never know what they are doing or they are just standing around, so many times I’ve been here waited so long and when I need something printed they act like they don’t know how to do it. Not to mention the staff is extremely rude every time I come here someone always has a bad attitude or acts like it’s to much trouble to print something, not gonna lie probably the rudest store with rudest staff

They lie to their customers by stocking empty and out of stock product in the shelf. They provide no explanation as to why, not do they even attempt to help you in any sort of way. I wasted my time, effort and money by going to this store, only to be stepped on by the customer service, or complete lack there of. I only ever buy my large office supplies from here, never has one of my bills been below $300, and they have lost my busy forever. I am shredding my print card and never stepping foot in their store again.

Visited Staples today, and was so pleased at the cleanliness and neatness of this store! Also the older gentleman greeting people at the door was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We used their printing service for the first time, to print off a good number of emailed receipts. The process was a bit tedious, but easy to understand and the price was very low.

Very bad experience I went there to take some print outs no one there helped me out you can’t be perfect on everything you need help sometimes but to my disappointment on asking help two three times no one came they need to be professional and hire more people for customer care

I have shopped at this store many times. Yesterday was quite a disappointment. I went in to purchase a Logitech mouse that was in the current flyer on sale. I was assisted by a young man in the computer department that was very helpful in finding me the mouse. The sale price was not indicated on the shelf and I mentioned it to him. He said to let the girl at till to look it up online. At the till the sale price didn't come up. When I asked her to look it up online she said she would look up the sku in the system. She confirmed that it WAS NOT on sale and refused to look up model number on the Staples website. I left the item behind and went to London Drugs as they also had this model on sale. No problems getting the mouse there. This could be an issue with a nearly identical mouse in the Staples store that was not on sale and had a different sku number. If this is the case then Staples should work harder to make sure that products are standardized across store, website & flyers.

Good selection as always. Accommodating staff. Clean restrooms. I wasn't approached by staff even once, maybe I looked like I knew what I was doing but I watched as four floor walkers averted their gaze from me and walked away. Five stars if the next time I come I get a hello and a can I help you.

I have to say that Della is an amazing employee, I called yesterday to see if you had an item and she physically walked over to see and let me know how many was in stock and how much. Maybe she needs to go and show the north store how to give customer service. People like her will have me coming back to the East Staples!

I visited the store with a girl with a mental disability which was somewhat visible with her noise canceling headphones. Both of us were treated very poorly by a sales associate. The associates were not understanding when listening to my friend and what she was looking for. I got very nasty looks as if i were to put a leash on her. He was very rude in the way he spoke to us as well. We felt very unwelcome and singled out. It seemed as if they didn't want to help us look for our specific item. This is the only place of business I have felt this way when entering with my friend. The attitude of the workers towards her made me feel disgusted. Please look into training your employees in compassion, sensitivity and using common sense to see she has a mental disability. I will never come back to this store again. It completely saddens me she had to feel this way in a store that she came to shop in.

Ordered custom cards online through print shop, did not like the quality at all. Color was off and they looked as if printed by an inkjet printer. Not satisfied at all. Would not recommend using Staples for cards like this. No money back guarantee unlike other stores.

Went to get some professional pictures printed.the result was awful.there was large botches on the pictures which the clerk insisted were "fine" and expected us to pay for.

Kirk Just, computer technician, was fantastic. He fixed my iMac computer and knew the source of its problems when no other computer professionals in Regina were able to help me. He was so friendly and helpful. Staples is fortunate to have an employee of such high caliber and professionalism as Kirk.

Refurbished Machines online. I purchased a refurbished machine online that came with one year warranty. I bought it thinking the machine would be backed by Staples. One month in the machine crashed and was not usable. I took it to Staples for them to have a look and turns out they allow 3rd party sellers to sell on their site and any warranty work goes through these 3rd party providers, Staples will not help. I have contacted this 3rd party every few days for 6 weeks and have not gotten anywhere. There is only one guy that deals with Staples Refurbished machines and he has Never returned any phone calls, emails etc. I asked to speak with a manager, they assured me when he got back from break I would get a call, nothing, spoke with multiple people but no can help and this one guy is no where to be found. One day I called and someone answered the phone " Hello" I said " Hello is this the company that fixes Staples computers" and the guys replied " I don't know, everyone went home, can you call back tomorrow? " I will not purchase anything from the website since Staples will not back the 3rd party products. BUYER BEWARE if you considered a refurbished item.think twice. Even though my machine has 1 year warranty, after 6 weeks I took in for repair and have to pay the bill.

Shopping at Staples is always a good experience for me. It's a one stop shop for all your office and school needs. The store is clean and well organized and things are easy to find. And if you need help, there is almost always an associate available when you need them.
