So I'm going through drive thru on October 30th 2023. I had ordered a small regular hot coffee and a regular size ice Frappuccino. I paid at the window, the computer said error and the debit said insufficient funds, the second time I tried to pay. Why? Because they had already taken the money from my bank. I showed them my bank statement online but they asked me to pay again because they said it was my banks issues not their machine. I asked for a receipt or prof I didn't pay, nope. I asked for my product or money back but nope. I asked for the manager and still they would not budge. I just want my product I paid for or my money back because this is theift and they need to fix their damn broken equipment.

The coffee is the best, but the cake was so dryyyyy. Tried wraps as well, so they were so-so. And toooooo much expensive. I prefere Tim Hortons. They have better value for money. But still Starbucks' coffee is better. 4 stars for atmosphere because the chears are not comfortable.

The barista didn’t call names for my drinks and left them sitting there for 10 mins, so they were cooled off by the time I got them. When I asked about my drinks and she said ‘oh sorry I thought there was more in the order so I left them’, there was no offer to remake. Drinks were meh because they weren’t actually hot.

Excellent customer service. The staff is friendly, and get to know their customers. As soon as my husband or I walk in the door, they know are preferred drinks!

Went to the drive thru this morning and girl that was running the window and passing beverage was in so much rush. Coffee spilt on me when handing me the cup.

Just slow down. Had to go change over my entire suit……….

I give the drive-thru overall an abysmal rating due to the multiple times they have filled my iced tea with half or more with ice while failing to listen on "light ice". No digital rewards like every other drive-thru in the city. I didn't pay for ice, I paid for an actual drink!

Loved getting yelled at by the angry chubby woman with the blue hair because I ordered a drink that “cannot be ordered” but they accepted my order and I had already paid for it. Maybe instead tell your co workers this instead of screaming at a paying customer at the drive thru causing a scene.

I’m greatly embarrassed and will be escalating this to the franchise owners.

I come to this location almost every morning as it’s convenient, on my way to work. I use the app on my phone which I love convenience. Also the staff all remember me by name and my drink. Grande Americano with two cubes of ice. My coffee experience is perfect every morning.

I got a $20 starbucks certificate from doing surveys. So this store is where I used my gift certificates. I got me caramel moquiatto.

I go here essentially every morning. This morning I was very pleasantly surprised. I was there around 9: 35-9: 40 am on Sept 8th. The lady in the window was very excellent. Her name was Nicole. She was very interactive and friendly. I overheard her conversation with the children in front of me and it absolutely made my day, when I came up to the window she was so friendly! An absolutely lovely young lady! She deserves a raise!

Normanview location:

Overall, good staff and usually follow the instruction for customized drink. Although, last visit, the drive thru employee was laughing thru the intercom which caused her to miss the instructions, and the drinks were made wrong (wasted money). Sometimes, you just have to be more professional at your workplace.

I went for my birthday yesterday and I was quite nervous and had a hard time saying my order but everyone was beyond kind, helpful, thorough and patient. I walked in nervous and left beaming. Well done!

I love coming here, they know my order and my name. I’m sure they know how to spell my name but honestly it makes me laugh every-time they come up with a new spelling of my name.

I would call In but I think your voicemail box is full with other complaints. I ordered a strawberries and crème Frappuccino at 8: 25 pm dec. 20,2021. I have ordered this drink many times over the years but I have never seen anyone just put straight strawberry syrup at the bottom without blending. I had to mix my own drink and even when I did I couldn’t drink it because they added too much where it was like I was drinking straight up syrup. I can’t drink that. This is a review to check on your evening staff to make sure they are properly being supervised or properly trained so other people aren’t paying An arm and a leg for a cup of disappointment.

All Starbucks coffee taste burnt and flavorless. If you like insane amounts of sugar, flavoring, and whipped cream this is your place. If you like coffee, go somewhere else. (The nitro cold brew isn't terrible)

This store DOES NOT redeem or give Star Reward Points on purchases. Limited indoor seating, luckily warm enough (windy) Sept 23 day to use 1 of 3 outdoor tables. Starbucks Canada phone number said if locate store shows a location, then they redeem points. I can find this store like that and will verify that they are NOT. It is a stand-alone store with Starbucks logo. Very confusing and a total waste of App space on my phone.

I bought 4 Green tea Frab, and ask one of them half sugar and no whipped cream for my coworker who is on a diet. Then I saw the girl evenly pour all 4 drinks from 2 blenders, so I know one of them has to be wrong. When she cover the lid handed over the drinks to me, I ask her which is half sugar, she pointed the one without whipped cream. Then I ask her how come two of the drink come from the same blender, she said: " right, they are the same. " Then she went to make another one with only 80% full. She knew she made it wrong the first time and chose to literally lie to my face!

I caught you this time, What happens if your customer is lactose intolerance or has allergies? You knew you use the ingredients the customer specifically ask you not to, then you just lie about it and cover it up and let the customer suffer? Starbucks needs to train your employees to be more responsive!

Otherwise, clean store.

Lots of great choices, Very friendly staff. Everything appeared very clean. They even have a few tables for you to sit outside if you choose to. Definitely one of the better locations in the city. Highly recommend.

This Starbucks location is way over priced compared to others in the city - a Venti Flat white with oat milk was $7.50! I get this drink at other Starbucks and its costs $6.25 or less. I'm not sure why the big markup at this location but definitely will not be going back.

I'm not a regular customer of Starbucks, however, I will probably return to this location sooner than I may have in the past.
My iced coffee was recommended to me by the guy at the till.and it didn't disappoint.
The restaurant itself was really clean and the staff was friendly.
Just stopping in on a whim today, has made me feel I will stop in more frequently.

A great addition to the local coffee scene. The staff in this location are very attentive to customers inside the location regardless of their busy drive-thru business. I do not have a difficult order to remember but have had it messed up by more than one location and they have gotten my order correct EVERY SINGLE TIME over multiple visits.
