Starbucks

Sad the weekend hours changed to 8PM as its one of the only cafes open late in the evening. Good atmosphere for studying. Staff are very friendly to customers, but sometimes not to eachother- it’s uncomfortable to watch staff admonish other staff, wish they would do that in private and not in front of customers.

When we went to apply a coupon the young girl swipped our phone to pay in full. Then she got the order wrong stating that's what we ordered a proceeded to say "well I would have to refund you and redo everything" with gen z attitude. Definitely driving to Preston crossing.

Great drinks. Overpriced but nice. Feels like a place that should have a few chess boards in house to play on.

Worst thing is trying to get into the drive through
People keep honking and are terribly impatient. I understand that people are trying to get to Winners but please wait.
My advice is move to the other side of the parking lot and have a better drive through

Who I order my drinks she rolled her eyes, what I orders, then she did it wrong, I made a comment then she got more mad at me and made it and then she did not add the extra caramel, she did not put ice in my drink, and she missed most of the shots I ask for, and she was not very nice. I want to say her name tag say Kat on it. I will not go back to that starbucks

The wait can be quite long depending on your order, most of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very polite staff who would go above and beyond to make your order right and your day excellent with their smile. I regularly have food from them and never found error in preparation. Keep it up!

Siem absolutely needs a raise. My mind was blown with how naturally friendly and happy this young man is. He made my day 100% better.

Shout out to the gentleman who took my order in the drive thru, and the woman who served me at the window this morning. I was having a rough day and your positivity and kindness was very much appreciated. Keep up the good work!
