Solid experience. Our server was awesome and was good with our kids. She took our dietary requirements seriously. Our food arrived promptly and was as ordered even with the substitutions we made. The kids menu has the usual options and my son really enjoyed the grilled cheese. The kids menu also has a bunch of jokes on it that entertained us for a while. My grilled cheese burger was big and flavorful.

It is a bit loud for family conversation but it is a bar/pub afterall so I can't fault it for that.

We had our anniversary lunch. The food is perfection my daughter enjoyed her chicken wings, my husband ordered the tacos and i had the bahi tuna

Bit of a quiet night so slightly lacking in atmosphere.
Burger was good and a good choice of beer.

Waitress did very well with our large group. Have a gluten-free menu. Unfortunately, sold out of their only gluten-free beer they offer

We used to visit this location quite often but haven't had a chance to stop by for quite some time. Came in on a Wednesday evening for dinner and were seated right away. I love the look of the bar as it is beautiful. The restaurant had a faint sewage type of smell we noticed almost immediately.

Server was friendly and got our orders through. Asked for a recommendation and the Royal Bangkok Bowl is what I settled with. My wife had the Chicken Enchiladas.

We started with the lettuce wraps which were okay. It only came with 3 pieces of lettuce so that was a bit of a disappointment as we had to ask for more. As compared to other places like the Cactus Club, I would give them a 6/10.

My wife really enjoyed her Enchiladas. I did get to try a bite and it was good!

However, I did not enjoy my Royal Bangkok Bowl. I don't mind spicy but this dish was a bit too much for me. It was a bit bland tasting. After a few bites, I mentioned it to the server. Her solution was to bring me more water but that doesn't resolve overly spicy food. In all honesty, I would have preferred if they were willing to accept an alternative. I am assuming most restaurants would be willing to send it back to the kitchen and provide a different meal. I would have been more than happy to pay for it.

I don't usually like to complain but I did mention it to our server. She didn't really think anything of it and kind of brushed it off. I can appreciate that there isn't a whole lot they can do but I really felt that it wasn't a big deal to the staff.

I ALWAYS finish my meal or get it packed up. I left more than half the meal untouched as I just couldn't eat it. I tried but literally left the restaurant hungry.

Just a bit disappointed as I come from an industry that customer service is vital for our success, and I felt like I was being brushed off. I could understand if the restaurant was extremely busy and they were just unable to accommodate for my situation. However, the restaurant was a bit slower (Wednesday evening) which would have given them ample time to find a resolution.

My advice, listen to your customer and at least attempt to provide a viable solution. I never would expect anything for free and would have been willing to pay for an alternative meal.

It appears that the strength of this place are their cocktails, although my margarita could've been a bit harder. The service was standard, so no complaints there. In terms of food I got a spicy tuna bowl which was not bad but also nothing impressive. My partner's sirloin steak was delicious but she did get a rare steak when she asked medium rare, so make sure to take that into account. I think this place has a cool design and seems like the right place to go to enjoy a beer while watching some sports. Especially because they have happy hour every day after 9 pm

Food and location has gone downhill since the pandemic. I frequent the Edmonton location and the food, atmosphere, service, and cleanliness has always been good. Visited this location and the only thing decent was the service. The bathrooms smelled terrible (cant believe how bad they were), the food was horrible. The management really needs to get this place back to where it was a couple years ago.

Came in off of the pride parade, they were able to seat us no issue. Food was absolutely amazing and worth the price.

Your fries are the most deceiving fries in the world. They do not look like good fries, but they might just be the best fries in the world. Especially considering how good they were after a 20 minute skip drive!

But yeah.food is awesome, highly recommend

The butter chicken was pretty good, and I tried someone else's fries and they're delicious! Took a bit for the food to come out, but was worth the wait.

I typically LOVE this place.but tonight me and my boyfriend ordered their parm chips and pretzel bites.when it came, all we got was the chips and my boyfriend had to drive all the way back to get the pretzels only to bring them home and ALL of the cheese had seeped into the pretzels and they were a soggy mess and had to throw them straight into the garbage. $50 we spent on this and most of it went in the trash.this was very disappointing, and probably won’t order takeout from here again

Very nice place. We tried: BANG BANG SHRIMP, HONEY GLAZED CAJUN CHICKEN, CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
Loved the taste and the service. I will come here again for sure.

The chicken wings and calamari appetizers are nothing special. The 10oz steak New York Strip was grisly and tough. Bar service was slow as well. Sorry State and Mainthis was our first visit and probably our last.

Pretty good lots of choices to make their chicken is dry so maybe stay away from that one but burger good. Staff are kind a stuck up but get the job done

Had happy hour drinks and appetizers today. Super fresh and tasty tacos and calamari, and the old fashioned is legit. I appreciated the kind and thoughtful servers as well. I'm fussy and this was an easy 5 star.

Absolutely garbage. Took 20 minutes to get drinks. Waitress was wonderful. Bartender and (maybe) main manager watching the hockey games. I wish -% tips were a thing. I don't even think the bartenders worked there. Ordered bison burger. Came out as a slider. Ate it in 4 bites. $19 rather have a big Mac that tastes better. Fries were good though!

Food was of quality and helpful staff. A good place for late night food and munches. Will be back with buddies.

Server needs a bit more attention as everyone else helped out and served us more than our actual server.

Walked in at around 11: 30, there was nobody at the front to seat us. After seating ourselves (because it was dead anyway) we waited for 5-10 minutes for someone who worked there to appear, as there wasn't even anyone behind the bar. Eventually a gentleman appeared from the back, looked at us, continued to the till, fiddled about there for a minute and then buggered off to the back again without a word. At this point it appeared that service from anyone would be a lost cause, at which point we left.

Delicious! Went for lunch and had a great meal. Had chicken tenders and fries which sounded basic but did not dissapoint. Well definitely be back again!
