Purchased Steelcraft garage doors about 2 years ago. No complaints about the doors but the windows seals only lasted until the 2year warranty expired. All the windows have moisture inside. All windows were installed into doors at Steelcraft factory.

Our springs broke at 7am, Friday. We called in, by 2: 30 the same day our garage was useable again. The te h that came out (Randy) was very knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns we had. Great job.

Ordered our garage door 8 months ago, still not even manufactured. The worst part is they have told us it’s in, that their coming to install it 3 times now and then when we call and ask at the end of the week why they didn’t show up they tell us our door was never there in the first place. I understand COVID has caused backlogs, but you can still communicate effectively to your customers and not lie to them. Very disappointed and still have zero idea when we are getting our door.

Completely incompetent. Ordered our doors in April and still nothing. "Within the next 2 weeks" was told to us the past 2 months! Then from Steel-Craft themselves we were told they were on the next shipment out. Now today, they tell us another 2 months. What a mess.

Had to have a garage door spring replaced. They were able to get someone out the next day. The tech, Randy, was incredible. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Would definitely request him for any future service I need
