Sam is the technician to do inspection and maintenance on my furnace and water heater. He is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He is very patient to answer all my questions and provides suggestion for my future maintenance. And I received the maintenance report right after the job done through email, it is quick and excellent. I am so glad to choose Sterling to take care of my furnace and water heater.

Sam arrived on time & was very professional. He came to service the furnace and gave us a few suggestions on how to keep things running smoothly (duct cleaning). He is very knowledgeable and considerate.

MacKenzie was very good at explaining the issue with my AC to me, someone who knows nothing about anything mechanical. Sterling was very quick to come and diagnose the problem and although the AC couldn't be fixed they were available to replace it very quickly.

We had an issue with our HVAC system. Eugene was the technician. He diagnosed problem, explained and proceeded.

We weren't home since June 5th and when I came home our blinds and kitchen lights are on. Referring to the letter on the counter from tha A/C maintenance, looks like someone was here on June 7th left living room blinds wide open and kitchen lights on. Please check this incident as my suite was open and power is going on since June 7th. Worried about valuable things we have in our apartment and I am not willing to pay for power consumed with the light on 24 hrs since June 7th.

Make sure you see the work being done. Invoice will say work to be done and whats actually done will be two different things. Charged for parts and labour that shouldnt exist when the work that was done didnt line up to the quote. Called and asked about it and apparently thats a generic description. Even if its not the work needed to be done we still use it and charge you for it. Lol

The technicians that came out to repair the water main line, replace some faucets, and do some maintenance on the rented water heater were very pleasant young men to deal with. They did the work quickly and efficiently while remaining professional and friendly.
