Just had my truck repaired at Sterling. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in the time they said. Thanks to all staff, for doing great work.

Sterling truck & trailer were very good would get lease a tractor & or high way tractor again & to other people THX you so much

I mean look at this! This is the doing of a sterling technician or they let loose a 5 year old in my brand new over 200 k investment?
Pathetic.

Really hard to get a parts person on the phone.their on road sales guy is excellent but a little support form the counter would go a long way in being able to secure more availability.some parts in stock but not a for sure

Being in for emergency repairs to the fuel system in -40 and lower weather is never fun, but the staff at Sterling made it more than bearable. The mechanics are in a good mood, Randy at the service desk has a customer service ethic to match anyone and Dan Tooth made my little boy's day with a Sterling toque and Volvo pin. Even though the repairs took longer than expected they are getting 5 stars anyway because of the general attitude of everyone I interacted with there. Attitude is everything!

Service sucks.not very pleasant dealing with service counter staff.wouldnt recommend this place at all
