Stoked Centre

Looks like a great place to spend an afternoon if only you could get any of the staff to acknowledge your presence.

We arrived to the cashier on the phone; after over 20mins of waiting and multiple staff walking by a manager approached us to advise the front desk attendant would be with us shortly.

Unfortunately, this never happened and we ended up leaving the establishment. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Really cool place for anyone and everyone to enjoy an afternoon, evening, date night, party etc.

Visited stoked for bowling with a large group of 10. We booked two lanes and played one hour. We were able to get through one complete game and just get going on the second game in that time. The bowling set up equipment worked flawlessly. Sometimes the ball didn’t come all the way back and we had to manually retrieve them. We ordered drinks from the bar and the service was very good. But did not try any of the food.lots of TVs to watch sports.
Afterwards wanted to try go karting, but it shuts down at 8: 30 PM so if you’re going to go in the evening, you may want to check on the hours of operation.

If you are looking for a good place to relax after a stressful day or a week, look no further. The smoke center got you covered. With a serene environment and delicious food, your options are limitless.

Their staff are courteous and super friendly. You would be glad you did.

The online bowling lane booking was, in oct 2022, unusable. It was easy enough to call though and get lanes reserved. Our party was lucky and got the end lanes right next to the bar. The bartender also took a lot of our food orders and everything came out to the lane tables fast and was very tasty! Have been since to try the restaurant and some arcade games. They have a good variety of games. Recently went on a Tuesday early afternoon and a lot of the games were half credits to play! It was nice to stretch our credits a bit further. Really excited to return!

Made a reservation for go karts and bowling. I found the place to be very disorganized, and no one available to ask for help. Wasn't keen with the online booking as I had to figure out myself how long we would need for each event so I had enough time in-between events. Not sure why there is a $6.95 booking fee for go karts? The bowling was enjoyable. Didn't think there was enough space between the tables and benches and not enough seating.

Worst service ever. The server was extremely rude and I could not describe even.

STAY AWAY AS WE SPEND MONEY AND WE CAN NOT TOLERATE THIS KIND OF ANNOYING AND RACIST SERVICE

From seeing some reviews over the last few months i see this place has gone downhill a bit. Went in today and witnessed it. Some of the worst customer service i have ever received. Half of the arcade machines dont even work and you dont get to know until you pump credits in only to find out they dont work. From the $30 i spent i feel like $10 was wasted. I was on a machine that said the maximum tickets were payed out so the machine stopped working and said it still owed me 201 tickets so we asked the lady working the redemption area for help and she seemed like she did not care about anything, how she has a job i have no clue. She wasnt even trying to help and told us to go downstairs and ask for a manager. Waited in line to talk to a manager but didnt get to and was told by one of the teen workers "Yeah just go upstairs and maybe someone will help you later" Excuse me? This was one of the worst experiences ive had, we were going to have a party of 14 go for a birthday next weekend but we QUICKLY changed that due to the horrible service and nothing working here. Thought we finally had a decent arcade to go to with other things but boy was i wrong, Wont be coming back here thats for sure. Wondering if management changed and they just hired family to work as little as they do cause my goodness was that bad.

We were here tonight for my brother's bachelor party. It was my first time being here. It was a blast. I would like to put a shout out to our waitresses that were fabulous. They even cared enough to ask and insure that we all had a safe ride home. Thanks again.

Just finished doing the go-carts here. Spent 100$ for myself my brother and nephew to come have a competitive race. At the end of the race was told that the system is not working for counting laps and seeing what place you finished in. Spoke to a manager who was uncooperative only offering 25% off the next time we come which I'm not even from the city and was hoping for a refund due to the terrible inconvenience. Never racing here again. Pathetic.

Good place for fun but the staff is not co-operative. Specially a lady at the front counter. We already informed her this is our first time still she was saying how may i help you? I think she should explained us about credits and all. After feeling embarrassed we walked away and asked other emplyee not good experience but still she helped us.

Our virtual rollercoaster experience was unlike nothing i have ever experienced! Hats off to our helper Jenna at the arcade section for truly making our experience through all the games an adventure- were the ones who beat her boxer score by 1! Thanks for being apart of our competitive edge!

This place is great! We booked the VIP room where you essentially have more space for you to bowl. The place looks vibrant and modern. Besides bowling, you can also play at the arcade or have drink or two at the bar. They're adjacent to the Go-Kart place which is also another fun activity to do! A must-visit place!

Did the skytrail and skyrail friendly staff. Not overbooked. Reasonably challeging for the 4 kids i was with age 6 to 13. Fun evening but not sure i would do it again as would not be challeging the second time around.

I had a great time at the stocked centre tonight. The go carting was a wonderful experience. With the amazing help from zach and hunter at the front desk I was able to get to my cart as soon as possible. 10/10 would recommend great time with friends.

Very cool, i loved that something like this exists near my house. There's bowling, arcade type games and a restaurant, what more can a man really want from a place! I'd reccomend any sports fans to go watch at their restaurant, they have the biggest screen I've ever seen, what an experience for the customers! The only thing that could make this place better is if they had mroe games which i think there's adding upstairs soon.

Brought our sales team here for some go karting and had an amazing experience. Massive thank you to Ashleigh, Abby, Natalie, Gavin, Logan, and the rest of the staff for hosting us. Highly recommend this place!

I came across the stoked center while checking out Wilsons lifestyles for the first time and came across the goat karts and the zip line. The goat karts looked very fun and went a decent speed. The drivers were all wearing helmets and your race comes up on a tv screen afterwards with all your race info.
I would definitely come back here some time and explore more of it and enjoy more of the activities at stoked. Wilson’s is a very large place

My wife and i have raced here for years. About 100 races myself and they have slowed the karts down and are requiring a subscription fee now of $100 to get the faster speed from the karts. I loved racing here but its not nearly as fun as it use to be.

Went to the ropes today with my son, Ashleigh at the desk was absolutely astounding. She was really above and beyond what you’d expect from regular customer service. When my son was finished, he told me that a girl named Mal working up in the rope area was VERY friendly with him, he said it made his day. Would absolutely go back if these two were working.

Loved the concept all in one stop.
Service was great, staff very friendly and welcoming.
I would give 5 start but a little disappointed on the food, nachos can be improved for $16 dlls

Liked the bowling, but server was extremely poor! Ordered a 016 almost as soon as we started bowling and never ever received it the entire bowling experience but the server didn't even come back until our bowling time had ran out and we were leaving.

The fun levels at The Stoked Centre are high! Enjoy some sweet Kart Racing, climb up to the ceiling for the zip line course, play some arcade games, and now they's even bowling and a good restaurant!
It's a great place and would get 5 stars except for the pricing. Unfortunately the cost of going to Stoked (the Go Karts in particular) make it an experience that won't happen very often for my family.

Fun atmosphere my kids had a blast here. There was something to do for the whole family. Yesterday Was my 9 year olds first time on the go cart racing he had so much fun although the two young men operating the carts were very annoyed and frustrated that the younger kids weren’t sure what to. At one point I heard the worker shouting at a kid directing him how to get the cart going. I do realize it’s very loud in there and they have helmets on but the yelling and frustration towards the kids who’ve never rode the carts before is so uncalled for.

Fantastic place great snacks and the bar tender Tyler aka Jon was absolutely fabulous with knowledge and putting up with a random bunch of lady's

Good ambiance for bowling, great service and polite staff. Food is kind of average though having starters with a drink while doing bowling is good. Won’t suggest it for main course. To conclude great place to either play or watch your fav sport while enjoying few drinks and snacks.

Food was expensive and okay! Could have been better.

Cost was high.

The place is super cool. I love the big screen on the bar, bowling is fun. The food was all around disappointing and the bartender’s service was bad. I had to wait… and wait before finally calling one over just to get a drink, it wasn’t that busy. The one guy flat out refused to make drinks and because he said he was watching the UFC fight, then he turned his back to all the guests. Cool place just seem to still be figuring it out.

I have been here a bunch of times, but this is my first time eating in the new additions. This place is awesome. Huge tvs, amazing food and lots of stuff to keep you entertained. I had the chicken burger. So good.

Paris took care of us for bowling, absolutely fantastic experience, Paris was super busy but was still able to make it awesome!

Finally got to try out the go carts and they were awesome. Staff was helpful and my family will be going back again!

Absolutely amazing place, staff is responsible and friendly, go carts and zip line feel safe as well as fun, and the facility is clean. If you feel like having a great time head here immediately.

I rarely have as much fun as I do here. The go-karting is phenomenal. The electric karts are fast and the track is very fun.

The memberships make going quite affordable (especially on weekdays between 4 and 6 when it is buy 1 race get 1 free for members) and they pay themselves off after 2 races.

The track difficulty varies day-to-day depending on how slippery the track is so trying to beat your previous lap times may not always be possible.

All-in-all, very highly recommended. Feels like Mario Kart in real life.

Just checked out the newly renovated stoked centre! It was amazing! Very well designed, the atmosphere is great and the service was incredible!

Great atmosphere and staff. Had a chance to talk to a couple managers and they were great. Looking forward to the additions and food is amazing!

Absolute ripoff. Bowling was 230$ for a group of 4. And drinks are highest prices in the city. Save yourself some money and pay half price at every other bowling facility in the city

We have had such consistently wonderful experiences with our autistic 10 year-old daughter at the Stoked Center. Her favourite activity is ziplining and the staff are so good to her (and us). Nothing but positive things to say about the inclusivity, and it would be hard to find anywhere as welcoming.

Had our work event here on Sunday! Had a blast with Andrew, Mike and Kyle in the go Karts and was very helpful with our questions! Would highly recommend

It's always a fun place to go. The only thing I was shocked this time around is that they didn't limit people on the sky trail, especially with covid. At times there would be 4 or 5 people at once waiting on a platform to use one of the obstacles.

Had a blast here with my friends! Landon was super helpful and made it a memorable experience. Will be back soon

Super fun family outing! Landon and Malcom were super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave extra help to my son to ensure he was good to go! The track and karts were in great condition.

Super great environment, everyone was super helpful! We got a bit confused with the prices but the staff at the cash desk, Aiden in particular, were super helpful in getting us where we needed to be. Can't wait to come back:)

Had a blast! Lol loved the zipline, the obstacles and the wow factor was all the plants for sale ans planters and exotic home decoration there was amazing! Would do again.

Really neat place! Took the kids here over the weekend and they had a heck of a time up on the zipline once they got over their fears, my youngest daughter needed a bit of help going down it but the employee up there seemed to be great with kids and really calmed her down and later would not stop ranting about how nice Mal (Mel?) was to her and how they talked every time she went down. Overall great place to take the family and lots of stuff to look at while the kiddos do their thing!

Places is so nifty! There's so much to look at in the building, home decor, gardening supplies, pet store and clothing! Plus they have a go kart track that is pretty awesome, it's 10mins for 20+$ which isn't bad. They also have a skyline course indoor

Really neat store with many home decor items. Great selection of tropical plants too. The best part is definitely the climbing structure and zip line for the kids. The go-karts are great fun too.

Awesome track. The staff are great especially Andrew. He made sure the karts were running amazing.

Had an event there on Sunday, super great experience. Supervisor Andrew was so helpful and Mike was a blast. Would recommend to friends, will be going back ASAP

Handled: I bumped my rating from 1 star to 4 for the time being until after the complimentary birthday party in 2021. I was called by the manager of "The Stoked Centre" today. He came off friendly and concerned, never pointed a finger or accused anybody of wrong. He and I spoke, he seemed to genuinely understand my concerns and the reasoning of my poor rating/low review. He did tell me how he was going to address each of my concerns and offered to compensate me for the issues, which I found were amazing especially for the party size we had (25 kids). He offered for us to redo our birthday party as one of the things, as there was a lot of misguided/miscommunication that resulted in the misfire in our birthday party after the first 45 minutes went by. I informed my daughter of this, she is pretty delighted to know - side note, at least I got next year planned. I do hope they stick to it! When he first called, he mentioned he heard their side, read the reviews I listed, but still wanted to hear my side. I appreciated this as he showed from the start of our conversation that he was wanting to fix and address this properly. I hope the staff learn when to approach people, as there is a time and a place, which he also agreed with. Thank you for calling, hearing my side, expressing how you were going to fix this.:)

I can add: That they do want to fix and correct problems, that they take issues strongly and only want people to experience it how they are meant too. That having a really rough/horrible experience seems to be what they DO NOT want people to have. Which I find for a place like Stoked, is a great mentality to have.:)

Issue: We hosted a birthday party on January 26,2020. There was a dozen issues, regardless, I did not mind. It was not till the end. One of the issues I experienced was the pizza being late and the final pizza not coming out till 20-30 minutes prior to the my party ending. That was fine, they gave nachos as a complimentary even though I said the kids would not eat them (They had nothing else on stock for party mixes). I felt that if I did not inform them of the slurpee flavours, I would not have had pizza out at all. As they gave me the impression my pizza was to be out at 2: 00 for an 11: 00am to 1: 00pm party. The first hour was amazing, including the staff. It ran smoothly and efficiently. The last hour was hell. As we were opening gifts they kept pulling me to the side to discuss well my daughter was opening gifts, which we had a lot of kids and we had a short amount of time as we had to keep switching up the last hour because of the pizza issues. Well, technically the last hour they kept bothering me. I just feel that if they need to address issues not to do it during a time of gift opening? ! I just was quite disgusted and the adults at my party were too. The door issues had some guests at the beginning not able to enter as they were unaware they had to manually open the doors theirselves.
After he offered me vouchers, I requested a gift card instead to go buy a plant. I got a $10.00 gift card for their go karts, bouncy castles, and zipline. He could have told me right there an than that he could not do that. But, instead handed me the card and went away. My husband walked over to confirm it could be used for a plant when he was told he could not. I walked over and returned the card.

I spent so much money for this party, I felt I was super forgiving, with all the issues. It was the constant bother well my daughter was opening gifts. I felt disgusted with how it was handled by the staff.

I personally would not recommend having a birthday party hosted here. However, I do want to add that it is a GREAT place for kids to burn energy.

Please be better staffed in the morning or not host a ton of birthday parties running almost all at the same time.

Had my son’s 12th birthday party at the Stoked Center.the kids all had a real blast, they really made it a welcoming and easy experience for me as a parent.and it was more affordable than most other places in the city. They even went above and beyond.my son lost his phone.they found it.when I called it looking for it, they answered it to let me know they had it.but not only that.the guy even brought it to me! I didn’t have to drive all the way back, as he was coming my direction anyway.he didn’t have to, but did it out of the goodness in him:). That was the best customer service experience ever! Our other 2 kids now want their birthday parties there.and they will get it! I’ll definitely do parties there again!
I recommend the Stoked Center to anyone for any reason and anytime! Thank you Stoked Staff! You are all fabulous!

The kids had a fun time on the bouncy castles. They are starting to outgrow it, but they had fun. Maybe next time we'll go on the zip line or go karts.

We had our daughter’s 10th birthday party here. The kids had tons of fun on the rope courses, zipline and bouncy castles. Friendly & thoughtful staff! Very accommodating to our needs. Mikayla, the Event Coordinator was the most helpful. Highly recommended!

Go karts are fun. Expensive for a 10 minute race.

My main complaint is that the bouncy area is so unsafe. The website says that staff monitor for safety, none of that. There are safety mats however they were never in their proper place. There are age restrictions however no one was monitoring at all. 15 and 16 year olds were playing in the bouncy house pushing small children out of the way. Kids were climbing and jumping over the walls.

There is no bahroom near the children bouncy area, you have to walk to the opposite end of the complex. Goodluck parents of small children.

It was clear the staff didnt care about safety at all. Some kid is going to suffocate or crack their head open at this place.

Great place for birthday parties. Just wish the doors were a little bit more kid proof for the younger kids that are uncontainable.

Interesting idea! The adults enjoyed some go karting after wandering around and checking things out. Would be a neat place for birthdays for kids. They have a room with tables and bounce houses, and other cool things around the building for entertainment

1st time at Wilson's, will be going back again.

Was told by a staff member to come back at 8: 45pm to go cart. When we came back we were told the track was full when clearly there was room for our group of three.

Great place for the kids who live bouncy castles. Arcade is fun and zip and track adventure is cool. Lost a star for value, as it is pretty pricey

We had a great experience with the karts. It was so much fun. The staff is very friendly and the service was great! We will definitely go back.

We were here for Go carting and it was my first time in this new location. The kids inflatables play area was great. We were able to occupy some time while we waited for our turn on the carts. It was nice to wander around and check out all of the plants indoors as well.

This place is a rip off. They slow down everyones car for about a minute even if you accidentally bump a wall or another driver. We paid for 10 minutes but only got about 5 or 6 minutes of real driving time.

Fun go karts however expensive and not as fast as some if the shifter models I've used in the USA and Toronto area.

Went to the bouncy place today with my 2 kids, 4 and 7, and they had so much fun. Great prices!

Fun little place that is not too crowded. Wilson's Greenhouse gives the perfect backdrop for this adventure location.kart race track wasnt huge but it was well maintained, Zip lining/adventure climbing set look interesting as well.staff was helpful and friendly.however I wish the prices were a little cheaper. $25+tax for 15 minute race makes it hard to do it multiple times.however definitely a fun experience to try out with family and friends

Did the skyline/zipline. Wish you could do half hour increments, an hour for us was too much. Was fun despite finding out I have some situational height fears.

The guy slowed us down after one bump and it wasnt considered a race anymore we were all too slow to even have fun. Charging us 28 dollars each to just slow us down after small bump

Went on the karts and had a blast. The building is a great place to hang out, especially with our weather usually. I will return and smash some lap records ;)

I asked about the racing league and no one knew anything about it and when you call no one ever answers. Go carts are super expensive for the short time you get and if one person touches another cart they slow you down for part of the race. Not impressed with this place.
