StorageMart is a good storage place to use. They keep the units safe and secure. And we found that the unit that we used was rodent free, and kept exactly as it was when we first started renting. I would be glad to refer them to a friend.

Customer service is number 1 with this company. I just closed out my account with them and was over the mid month notice by a day and no problem. Other companies I've dealt with would get you on another month's rent this point but not these folks. A very professionally kept business, lockers clean, snow removed promptly and great customer service.

Rent was randomly increased a significant amount. Only notice was hidden in the regular invoice email and the increased amount was auto charged. Don’t trust the prices as they will just raise the cost after a few months.

The staff at this location on Portage Avenue in Saskatoon were awesome. Shelley and Della took the time to walk me through everything and it was so appreciated.

Everyone at this Storage Mart is always friendly and contacts me whenever I have mail arrive. Diana will commonly have my parcels ready as I walk in the door. They have been great to deal with over the past 2 years that I have been at this location.

In the past year we have rented three storage units from StorageMart, Portage Avenue location.
Diana and her staff maintain a very clean office, storage units and driveways. The storage units are monitored and they are frequently checked to make sure that the doors have been properly locked.
Diana and her staff have always been friendly, informative and accommodating.

I go to and from my storage unit a couple times a week. Diana always goes above and beyond to help and accommodate customers.

It was an awesome experience had with Storage Mart Saskatoon, Shelley and Bonnie were of great help, they ensured I left the premises happy and were kind to listen to my needs. Sincerely, I got serviced better than I expected and I even had a 30 days discount. Very friendly and warm. I do appreciate them. Will always recommend their service to anyone. The premises and storage facilities are equally neat as well.

From my first phone call where I spoke to someone in the USA to my call with Diana at my local StorageMart and going into StorageMart to get my unit, the service was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. For me that is exactly what I needed during a stressful time of moving and storing my things. I highly recommend using them for your storage needs!
