This review is long overdue, customer service rep that works in the front Shelley was extremely helpful with my storage unit. She’s very knowledgeable and always happy to help and I had issues with the lock that I bought from them when I got a unit and she quickly helped fix the problem. Always very patient, calm and helpful. Great service!

I use multiple office rooms in the First Avenue Business Center, Saskatoon. It has been an extraordinary experience so far with the service I’ve received from Storage Mart’s employees. I must mention Shelly, who has been super helpful, kind and offers mind blowing client support. Thanks, Storage Mart!

Horribke service! The customer service rep hung up on me, dealt with Saskatoon & their head office. Never agaim! Moved to another location where they were so much friendlier & professional!

This facility is wonderful. The units are clean and easy to access, and the service is wonderful too. The staff are helpful and very accommodating.

Long overdue but I wanted to give a big shout out to Shelly who runs that place! She’s a great asset to the team and was SO HELPFUL in my transition from one unit to another. She’s the best:)

Amazing service and great facility. We rented an outdoor parking stall and an indoor storage unit and have been so happy with the whole experience! Communication is prompt and the move in/our process was seamless. Thanks all!

Worst service ever, they increased their rates by 100% in five years. Their elevator was broke for two weeks. And I was unable to get into my unit for four hours because they claim the door wasn't working, in reality their staff didn't show up to work. I lost time/staff wages and contracts on this day because I couldn't access my equipment costing my company thousands of dollars. They also think it's ok to charge insurance even though they knew we had our own coverage. Today we were locked in the building and unable to remove our vehicle or ourselves and NO refund was offered for five days. We were removed from their online system immediately. Run from this business, remove yourself from them as quickly as possible. We never missed a payment.

North Saskatoon location. Friendly helpful staff, secure building. Locked my unit improperly, they do security checks and notified me of it the same day. Happy with their rates as well.

It is great to be able to access my belongings in storage 24 hours. All the interactions I have had with the staff have been very positive. My belongings are safe and I have had no worries.

I felt profiled. The lady who has a long, blonde hair approached me twice and I felt she was watching me. The first time she saw me she said she was doing her walk through. I thought that was weird because they opened after two hours she started her “walk through “. The second time she saw me, she said the same thing which was weird again when they don’t close in two hours. She must be worried about people living in the storage. I was there during the office hours.

I also felt there was racism involved.
When I signed up for a storage, there was an old white lady who has short hair and who asked me to sign the document electronically. She sent the documents to my email and she was upset that I was slow with signing the documents. I was like I have not received the documents. Then, when I signed it. She was also upset that I was slow to send it. Then, when she showed me my storage unit. She did not mention other access door. She clearly said that I always have to use the back door to get in. It was a hassle because I had to move my entire house worth of stuff going up and down the stairs and walking long way to get to my storage.
Then, I saw these people going in the front door or the loading door which could have been so easy for me if I knew.

They should get the lift system fixed. It has been out of order for two weeks.

Organizing a unit with Storage Mart was incredibly easy and with the fabulous service of Sherry at the front desk and the new, clean premises the overall experience was super.

My first review ever. But the woman working today Sunday April 30th. Was magnificent. There was a bunch of us that come in one after another, which led to it being super busy in a matter of minutes & she was able to keep her cool and help us all in a timely manner. She took a few of us on a group tour to show us all of our storage units. Which I was the further so I was last. She showed me how to use the doors and which way was easiest to access my unit. Would definitely recommend to friends.

Loading door is currently under repairs, but overall a great facility. Thanks to Shawn for all his help!

The storage is neat and clean. I wasn’t expecting that the drive through storage unit has wooden floors, for me that was awesome especially in this winter time. And I really love that the office person Shelley is awesome, she helped the customers above and beyond. I’m impressed!

Extremely please with the staff and facility. The staff answered all the questions we had and took us on a tour so we could see the size of the units. Accessing our unit is easy with the loading bay and trollies available and the hours we can access.
