We have a storage facility in Saskatoon. The staff are excellent there. They booked a unit for me at the Regina facility. When checking in the Regina facility the service was great. Very informative, clean facility. Would recommend Storage mart as the best facility for all your storage needs.

Staff were more concerned about selling me a lock than ensuring the unit was actually locked. As a result I found our unit sat without the lock properly engaged for over a week. The lock wasn't functioning since the sliding lock mechanism wasn't properly engaged. This should be the focus of the staff and not just upselling. They also employ agressive sales techniques. They insist on phoning in to get rates and then when on call they say that the rate is only available during that 1 call (take it or leave it). Then that rate they promise will doubled after 6 months.

Great location and easy to get to. Clean office and clean lot. The office staff are great too, she went over all the info I needed and showed me the unit. The layout is super easy to get around and find your unit.

I highly recommend this storage facility. Stephanie, the manager, is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The facility is very clean, organized and all the staff are fantastic. Will be renting again in the future.:)

I recently used Storage Mart in between locations during a move. The Manager, Stephanie, was a pleasure to work with, and everything was easy and efficient. I would use Storage Mart again!

Staff have always been very helpful and courteous. Spaces are clean when you move in and no problems with live rodents.

Easy to access and well lit and secure! Staff is also helpful either in person or via email!

StorageMart was great. I always had access to my locker even after a heavy snow fall. They are super easy to deal with.
