Extremely poor service. It’s like they are held hostage and i’m getting the food for free.

Just ordered online from here
-my sub had multiple toppings I didn’t ask for, incorrect bread, and no cheese.
-my wife’s sub also had no cheese, wrong bread, and toppings not asked for as well as no sauce!
Might be better if bought in person but if ordering online, don’t choose this one

I go to this location when I want a "surprise sub. " A surprise sub is when staff add their own ingredients. You didn't ask for cucumbers? Have some anyway - and we're not taking them off when you ask us to. It's always an adventure and you never know what you're going to leave with.

The food is what you expect. Decent quality and an ok variety. The gluten-free options are quite good, the buns are actually edible unlike other fast food places.

It's always clean looking, which is nice considering the area.

Most of the staff is really friendly except one guy. He refuses to serve most people, especially Aboriginals. He just stands around staring at nothing, not even acknowledging customers. It's creepy and off putting.

I LOVE THIS SUBWAY! This particular location is the most delightful of any of the subways in Saskatoon that I have been in. Amazing customer service, worth the visit every time.

Placed an order and was given old bread. Called them and told them this, and they refused. Also gave me regular chicken on my teriyaki sub, and tried to tell me that it was sauced when it’s sitting right in front of me. Didn’t offer a refund either when I told her I would bring it back. Don’t wasted your time or money.

I just had the worst subway sub I've ever had from here. The bread was so stale I could barely bite into it. Avoid this location.

Food was good, service was good but debit machine wouldn't go through, paid cash and found debit went through bank, staff corrected though, lady behind had similar issues

Every time I go I never have a bad experience, I get my usual sub which is the BMT. The staff is always friendly and if there is a problem they’re always willing to fix it.

I asked for toasted and my sub was BARELY warmed up. Also a gross amount of alsauce was added. When someone asks for 2 sayces who adds a full amount of BOTH? ! Ive never had this happen.

The renovation is done and the place looks great. Food looks fresh and service was good. Love the subs grim here.

It was 11: 50 pm.and the staff refused to let me in. The store timing board flashed that the store is open till 12: 00 am but they refused me to let in, said it is closed! .

They place the ingredients on the bread sloppily.more of a quantity instead of quality environment

I love how subway makes me choose healthy stuff to fill me up.
I always come here for grilled turkey with bacon wrap! Yummmmy

Clean, friendly and very helpful. They fallow the covid rules, and there quality of food is good

I love this location! Their sandwiches are always made the way I like best.and no matter how many toppings, they ace keeping them all on the sub and no sloppy mess when you unwrap when you're ready to eat! The staff are ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS smiling, ALWAYS sunshine! I will go out of my way to visit the Fairlight location!

Would put no stars if I could. Hours say open until 12: 00 a.m. I got there at 11: 45, the open light was still on and the door was locked. I keep giving them a chance to earn my business but I keep getting reasons not to come back and after this I will certainly never come back. This location is a disgrace to the subway name.
