Poor service but what I find awful is the minimal meat they use now. I won’t be going to subway anymore especially with better options out there.

Quick hop from campus. Don't use the bathroom if you can help it. I don't know if the owner turned off the water to the toilet or some kids were screwing around but there was a nasty piss soup going on. Grab a sub and go.

They should train their employees better.
As usual, i went there on my Friday lunch break. I watched the only person working take 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches for the guy in front of me. (He had ordered on the Subway app.) But the "sandwich artist" didn't prepare it ahead of time because she didn't know how to access the online orders.
This made me realize that my order (also placed on the Subway app) wasn't ready. I had already lost 20 minutes, and I had to go back to work. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, seeing that I didn't have enough time remaining for my break.
Well, this also was a problem for her. She proceeded to call someone, and that person asked her to convince me not to cancel my order. She and the person on the phone didn't want to understand that I didn't even have time to eat.
Horrible experience. I won't be going back.

Subway at 401 Cumberland, last Monday September 26, at around 8 am, I asked for a decaf coffee and the attendant doesn’t know what is a decaf coffee, really, I’m so annoyed

Ordered a tuna sandwich which was decent but was a little unsettled when when they accidentally put lettuce on my sandwich and removed it from the tuna and placed it right back into the original container. Not the best practices, caution folks to be vigilant at that location.
