Subway

Not fresh, I picked out quite a bit of wilted and brown lettuce but there was no Spinach and the only other fast food place open was the a&w so I decided to take my chances. Usually it's alright here but not today

I'm absolutely disgusted with the service and attitude of the employees at Subway in Assiniboia, the last 3-4 times ive gone, they act like they hate their job, they slowly move to get things, and act as though it is an inconvience that a customer walked in. This was not the first time I've felt this way, but I was with my family on Saturday and the attitude of the employees was ridiculous, they were cold and argumentative. We were getting salads made and I had asked for them to cut the vegetables because i have small children who are not going to put a whole tomato or cucumber in their mouth, to which they replied that chopping salad was discontinued.how do you discontinue taking a knife- which you have right infront of you and cutting vegetables.then when I insisted that they can use the knife that they have to cut vegetables because that is indeed what knives are meant for, after that they continued with attitude and nasty looks, if I didn't have my hungry children and husband with me I would've left.you've definitely lost a customer, due to poor and rude customer service on more then one occasion, this is just the time I chose to write about because it really pissed me off to be frank, and I hope you speak to your staff about their customer service and professionalism. If you do not want a job and are not happy to be there and do it with a smile then find somewhere else to work.

Terrible servive when its owned by Canadian at the start it has good servive now its owned by what i dont know service sucks there's wifi b4 now no more

MOST DISTUGUSTING SUBWAY IVE BEEN TO YET!

My 3rd visit here now and the same bugs on the window sills remain here to call it home. The service was fast but painful.

Frozen meatballs after toasting! NO Longer red tomatoes they're green af! No soup during supper? ! The workers make you feel bad for asking for more veggies and or sauce.
In conclusion, I feel stupid for trying it for a 3rd time.

I WILL NOT be back and would never recommend >: (

(Cant wait to see real "fresh food" back home in winkler.)

They were out of many ingredients, it was dirty and smelled weird and there was quite literally a 8 year child behind the counter walking around there and the “sandwich artist” just kept telling him to go back to the staff area, like why

Took 15 min to make one sandwich. The lady disappeared right after making my other halfs sandwich i had to ask if i could have one aswell and pay. The lady making it counted everything she put on the sandwich. I got exactly 4 olives. R had to ask for out change back lol

Terrible service. Despite being the only person in the store, i had to wait 10 minutes just to be able to speak with someone who worked there. I asked for a soup and she told me it would be 7 minutes until it was ready. So i left for about 10 minutes or so, and when i returned waited another 10 minutes for her to finally appear at the counter. In the meantime another customer had been waiting but left because she hadn't seen any staff working there and didn't have time to wait any longer for allele to finally appear and take her order. When the lady working there finally did come out from the back it took probably another 5 minutes to get my bowl of soup ready, plus another 3 minutes to get me a spoon after i had to ask for one. And then asked if i wanted crackers to which i said yes please. She then took another few minutes searching for them, then informed me that she can't find any.

This is the worst Subway in Canada. The staff don’t know how to make a sub or use the equipment such as the grill. The staff just slap everything on the sub with no care at all. Communication is lacking with the staff because of poor English. I won’t be back.

Worst worker I've ever seen in my life ya right I'm giving you a tip after that. Bread had barely any cheese on it, cookies aren't cooked and are raw in the middle, tried to give me the complete wrong sandwich than the one I asked for and gave me a death stare after I corrected her. Like please please fire the short little east indian girl with acne she is losing you customers

One of the cheapest on topping around I normally avoid this subway but the a&w beside it was under renovation. Won't be back for a long time

This is the worst subway on planet earth!
The staff are miserable, extremely rude, dismissive, slow and lazy and to make it worse, they now expect a tip!
If I could put zero stars I would

Went in at 9: 21 and was told by the young kid that they closed at 9: 30 but he wasn’t making anymore sandwiches. Last time I checked if you are open until 9: 30 you make food until 9: 30 and then close at 9: 30. If you want to close at 9: 21 say you’re closed then but when Google says you’re open to 10 and your employees say your open till 9: 30 it’s a bit of a discrepancy. Also I would think that making money is part of running a business so you would think making another sandwich would be a benefit but I guess they made enough money today.
