Sugispin is a fun and inviting studio. No class is ever the same, which keeps me coming back. I’ve never enjoyed a spin class more than the classes I’ve attended here. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been spinning with Sugispin for two years. The team is so incredible, they always greet you with a smile. The instructors all have their own style and bring amazing energy.

When I walked into Sugispin for the first time four months ago, I was blown away by the friendliness of everyone working there. The space is clean, welcoming and fun, and every instructor makes a point to learn the names of those participating in their classes. I have never felt faceless there, always valued and encouraged. I love the challenges they have and their commitment to giving back to the community.

First spin class ever with Laura and she is outstanding! Such welcoming and confident energy from this space. So recommend.

This is the first place I have honestly enjoyed a spin class. I found the class more motivational and inspirational- rather than intense and exhausting. The bikes are way easier for a beginner to clip in to, as well as adjust the speed which is important when you feel like you’re losing control. There is lots of parking available, and the studio it’s self is clean and streamlined and efficient. Will definitely be coming back for more!

Tried out the Spin intro class with Kana today and she was so helpful! Took away the intimidation I felt towards spin and I will definitely be back!

Definitely a 5 star studio leaving you with a 5 star experience. As soon as you walk into the studio you are greeted by the most friendly faces. Sometimes you even have some cute dogs greeting you. The spin room is full of magic. The lights and the instructors make for a killer class. I always leave with a smile on my face and excited for my next class. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone. Beginner or expert, the crew always makes you feel welcome.

I have to be completely honest and say Sugispin is my favourite place to be. My favourite place to let it all out, anger, sadness, happiness, anxiety, anything and everything. I feel I can come and let it all out together with the rest of those there. The vibes and energy is higher than imaginable. I leave the studio so excited for my next spin. All the instructors are AMAZING! All classes are great none are better than the other. ️‍️‍

My first spin class back in November and I am hooked. I’m not usually consistent with fitness classes but this spin is it! I say to myself “this was the best class! ” after every class.the people, the energy, the music, the lights, it’s all magical! Thanks sugi squaddd!

Amazing new spin studio with great instructors, music, and lights. Such a positive environment and welcoming to everyone. Fusion classes are great, and challenging and a nice addition to cardio at the end of the class.

I have been twice now and both times have been a great experience. Everyone was friendly, the lights are really nice when you ride and there was a super cute dog to pet.

Music. Lights. Energy. Puppies. This place has it all, I have never walked out of a class without feeling happier and stronger than when I walked in. Each and every instructor brings something special into the room. So glad I stepped out of my comfort zone and into a class!
