Sunshine Motel

As others have noted, the pros of this facility are the great price for what you get, and the very helpful and friendly owner. The rooms are really quite nice for the price you pay.
Also as others have noted, one key downside is the paper-thin walls. If there is someone staying in the room next to you, expect to hear most everything they say, and whatever they are watching on TV. If you are a sound sleeper, or have noise-cancelling earbuds, this won't be an issue. But if not, you should request to have a room without neighbours. It's rarely entirely full here, so the owner should be able to accomodate that request.

Rooms are clean and cozy. Beds are comfortable. Management was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay here!

Deadly inclement weather made gorgeous unexpected stay. Kim was amazing and I would highly recommend Sunshine Motel in Indian Head SK.

Very clean room, not outdated, beds clean and smell fresh what I like (might be an issue for weirdos like my ex what kept sniffing and complaining about any laundry scents). Only bed thing I could think of are thin walls, can hear a lot, other then that just great.

Owner/staff went above and beyond coming out to meet my boyfriend and I after regular business hours in the middle of a storm when we were forced to pull off the highway for the night. I'm grateful that he was willing to come make sure we had a safe place to stay. Pricing was reasonable for what it was, room was clean and had all the basics covered. The only complaints I have is that there wasn't enough hot water to fill the tub and when we left in the morning there weren't any kind of markers to help drivers find the exit in the snow, we kind of had to point and pray we were in the right spot.
