Immaculate linens, and a comfortable bed made our stay pleasant.

A brief chat with staff the morning of our departure was a bonus. These folks were very kind and courteous.

Do not stay here. Very disappointed in my stay, checked reviews before staying and they seemed fairly good but my stay did not reflect that. Room had an odd smell to it but to mask it air fresherners were left on the ac to attempt blast the smell away. Bathroom counter had yellow stains on it that I initially assumed couldn’t be cleaned but after shaving and wiping the counter down realized they could be easily wiped away, meaning the counter hadn’t been cleaned at all. The security door locks had been removed which is a huge red flag for room security. Checked the bed for bugs and didn’t find any but squished two little centipedes in the bathroom as well, I didn’t think to take a picture but should’ve.

Also, shoddy electrical work on the west staircase to get upstairs which is asking for a fire to take place. This prompted me to check fire extinguishers to find some were checked in 2023 but others as long ago as 2018.

Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else. If I could give this place 0 stars I would’ve. I’ve stayed in many hotels/motels across the prairies and this one is by far one of the worst. Housekeeping/ownership obviously do not care but will gladly charge $117/night for this disgusting mess.

It's an amazing experience. And especially Jay there at the desk. Very supportive and professional in customer services. Will stay again for sure.

What a find! Really clean and comfy updated rooms. Quiet area, well priced, friendly and accommodating staff. Well done guys we will be back!

Had a SUPER late night and this was the perfect stop. Called ahead with an eta and they were ready with a room key. Room seemed newly renovated and was very comfortable. Pet friendly was definitely a bonus and my dog rested well with me.

Really bad experience.

At first, my wife and i were very happy by our room appearance but in the morning, the hotel housekeeper knocked on our door at 9: 30am but our checkout time was 11 am. She did not wait for us to open the door and she just used her keys to get in. She saw us and left.

Very very disapointed because no action was taken by anyone not even the manager.
We will never visit this place again. No professionalism at all!

I choose to stay here weekly while passing through for work because of Jay and his team. They are always welcoming, friendly, and willing to help with any minor need I may have. Clean rooms, continental breakfast, and the best part, kitchenettes. Gives you the chance to feel at home when away!
