Sheldon is the man. Very thorough in the details of the job to the point you can see he cares about his work. Gave myself and my family comfort knowing he was the one in charge. From the pictures, to the infrared, all the way to the drone shots, he left no rock unturned when it came to our home. Once the inspection is complete you attend a walk through where you’re provided additional comments and video views, immediately provided a detailed online report, as well as online resources/reference material.

He’s prompt, communicates well, passionate about what he does, and down to earth. I can see why realtors may not be a fan, but as a home buyer I could not recommend anyone else.

We got Supreme Inspections reference from our realtor. We are first time buyer and immigrant. So there were many many things we were unwaware about a house and we needed to know before moving in. We are not stealing any word to say Sheldon is best in the entire southern Saskatchewan if you need a building inspection. During walkthrough, he explained everything to make us understand about the house and how to maintain furnace, ventilation system, water heater etc. He answered all our questions even after 1 month of inspection.
