Went for the Electric spot. Both Tesla and J1778 plugs were occupied by petrol vehicles. One on the SE side, so it turned out well.

Good front host. Good worker who told me where the other charger was.

Up the price by 10 dollars more and bring breakfast back!

Ensure those spots aren't taken, the future is these chargers, and the charger apps will/attract more EV users.

I don't want to hand out 5 stars all willy nilly. If the owner responds with enforcing the EV spaces, then I'll up to 5.

The liquor store is awesome I always stop in and grab a bottle of Bigfoot vodka for the night. Great prices and staff!

I really like this place. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Hotel offers a lot of positive. There are a couple of good restaurants in walking distance as well as a Dollar store, but restaurant in the hotel is really good. Good quality and excellent prices. I had the St. Louis ribs meal. I was not expecting that size of portion of ribs for $18.99. Couldn’t finish them. Service was great. Overall an excellent experience for reasonable prices. I will definitely stay her again

Was terrible service at front desk could not check in till after 4 cause room cleaning but people came in after and were allowed to check in also disgusting hallways looking like they had not been cleaned in weeks. Would not recommend staying at this hotel

Visited the restaurant only so I have no experience with the accommodations.

Had lunch at the hotel restaurant on a Saturday. Chicken was fabulous while the pork cutlets were tough. However, we received a discount because of quality of the cutlets.

Wonderful service. The staff were personable and attentive.

Extremely great receptionist upon my arrival. I cannot recall the young gentleman who helped me out. Last minute booking due to major cancellation with AC including horrible weather.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, and service was excellent throughout, though both front desk and housekeeping never seemed to answer their phone.

The pool was well kept and clean, with plenty of seating and towels. Though a coat of paint is required in places.

Breakfast in their restaurant was fine, food and service was both good.

Areas of the hotel are in need of redecoration and modernisation but overall the hotel is good.

We would certainly make a return visit, the grandchildren loved it.

Overall feeling of dated and slightly rundown but our room was clean and spacious. Nice pool/waterside & hot tub. Lady who works in the pool area is lovely. Pricing very reasonable during the week.

Extremely rude staff with mediocre service skills. Car got broken into and belongings stolen. Staff replied with “it’s Regina, it happens”. Shower curtain had holes in the fabric. Water in tub wouldn’t drain. Will never stay in this hotel again!
Room smelled and temp controls didn’t work adequately.

Our family has chose to have our family Christmas gathering at the Seven Oaks for 20+ years. This location was ideal for the poolside rooms, waterslide and the lounge area around the pool. I will say that this year I feel the hotel was cleaner and better maintained than other years we have stayed, however, there were some changes that we didn't enjoy.

To start, breakfast is no longer included with your room booking. I have found out since our stay that you can book a package, which includes breakfast for a little more than the room cost. I didn't catch this when I booked online, and breakfast for my family was an expensive addition each day for our stay. Even though I missed it when I booked online, it would have been nice if when we checked in if we would have been asked if we wanted to upgrade our room to include this. An oversight on my part, however, if we book again, we now know.

We were lucky through the holidays that the pool was open all day, but the regular hours have changed. If you are staying for more than one day during the week, the pool will be closed for maintenance from 11-4. The other thing with the pool area that was changed, and we did not enjoy was that food or drinks were no longer allowed in the pool area. Lets be honest, we come to this hotel for the pool area and the ability to sit around the pool and visit with family while the kids have fun. We would order pizza and enjoy our time there. Without the ability to do this anymore, we can honestly stay at any other hotel and have the same experience.

Overall, the hotel stay was fine. Not spectacular. The rooms are okay and clean, but too hot as the temperature seemed hard to regulate. Beds were okay at best. I'll be honest in saying that we go for the pool experience and socializing, and not the hotel itself. If the policies remain the same with no food and drinks by the pool, we will probably start looking at other options for our family gathering.

I was enthusiastic about the Seven Oaks Hotel in Regina. I was there this afternoon 13 of December 2022, I approached front desk with a smile, the young woman was not interested to answer my questions period. She looked pretty annoyed no smile whatsoever it was clear she hates her job. She wears glasses, is extremely rude. So I left. There's a lot of hotels out there with professionalism.

Hotel was good everything i expected when arriving pool and slide were ok as well as room was in decent shape kids had fun. On the other note at check out was a different story. When i checked in yesterday the guy told me it would be $155 plus tax's ($180) plus a $100 deposit. They put a hold of $280 which is fine. This. Morning i get a visa statement of a $280 hold and now a $370 hold. I ask the guy up front what happend and he explained that they (on their own discresion and with out telling me) that they simply did not charge enough the first time and then held an additional $370 because this was new years. 3 major issues here. One they went and did stuff to my credit card with out my approval. 2 they changed the rates from the agreed check in rate. (Signed and dated) Which they would not give me a copy of and says $155 plus tax and $100 hold. And lastly there is now 700 in holds on my credit card which was not expected over the holidays
This matter needs to be addressed quickly. Like i said good hotel id recommend it to any one with kids but the management that i delt with need to sharpen their pencil a bit to ensure pricing is accurate at check in. I should only be accountable for paying the original price of $180 and expect that the remainder of the balance be refunded

Staff were friendly in general. Rooms are old but still half decent. They won't do the bed everyday for some strange reason and asking wont help. They will empty garbages and change the towels on the floor but that too was missed one day. In room coffee is really bad. Barely taste like real coffee. Eatery is good at breakfast and servers are friendly but the menu is very basics. Did not try the pool or lounge. The hotel has a liquor store attached to it so that's a bonus. We experienced a power outage and the hotel emergency exit lights were all out less than 2 hours into the outage leading to guests using cell phones to navigate the stairs and hallways.

The room was clean, bed comfortable, cleaning staff noisy, and desk staff rude. Inexpensive for a reason.

Water slide/pool wise it’s definitely my favourite in all of Regina. It’s super fast and the only one that I could find that you slide into the actual pool. Most are just into chutes. You can tell the building is a little older and the wallpaper and carpet is outdated. Specifically on the second floor that it’s bit of an optical illusion. Bathroom wall to bedroom sounds paper thin. We got a two double bed room which has a fridge, TV, microwave and coffee maker which is nice. I would also knock a point off the room again for the walls because we could hear clearly a loud neighbouring room all night and was woken up by them at 4: 00 am. Overall it’s a classic choice for Regina and I would recommend it for the pool area.

Bar service is the absolute worst. Every time you go to cash a VLT take it it’s like you’re committing a sin by inconveniencing, the bartender. And your cash machine never has money or is out of service and I am told to walk to Canadian tire to take out money when they can easily offer interact. Never again

The room is very dirty.i feel so itchy already but since we are already here, obviously i cant cancel my reservation anymore.and there's no free breakfast which is sad.cant hardly wait to checkout tomorrow at 6am sharp.also, i saw the cleaner texting while vacuuming maybe the reason why the carpet is dirty lol! The lady at the reception is nice and friendly tho.

Good luck trying to book a birthday party or an event here. I called multiple times and they transferred me to banquet/events and I got no answer over a span of two days, left messages and received no call back, and talked to the ladies at the front desk who said it’s not their area so they can’t do anything and I have to leave messages and hope for a call back. Really? It Shouldn’t be that hard to Book an event. I ended up going with another hotel who got me booked in for a birthday party room within 5 minutes. Poor customer service at this place.

I don't know who the new owners are, but this place is gone downhill. Rented a room for kids birthday and we couldn't have their water bottles in the pool area, the smaller children didn't even bother to get back in the freezing swimming pool. We asked manager to turn it up, but she ignored us. Very disappointed in the freezing swimming pool!

Would not recommend to anyone. Not nearly as family friendly as they appear on there website. Our two largest complaints were the terrible customer service and the very Limited pool access which didn’t line up with what was advertised on there website. There’s definitely a lot better options for hotels Regina.

Unfortunately this hotel was absolutely disgusting. Our room was dark, musty and dingy with very bad ventilation and non functioning air conditioner. The carpets were dirty to the point that I wouldn't walk barefoot. The beds were uncomfortable and need replacing. The final straw was the cockroach that came out of the bathroom sink while we were brushing our teeth. When we notified the front desk they were not surprised but did offer a discount. The high point was the excellent service in the restaurant. Overall I would not recommend staying here as they need to fully redo this entire building before it's fit for humans to stay in it.

This hotel has been a family stable for our “staycations” since my kids were babies (the last 12 years) we loved it for the price/the different options in the pool area (baby pool, hot tub & a water slide going into a nice big pool) even when at its busiest doesn’t feel as though you’re crammed into a small pool area and the fact that you could hangout at their numerous tables to enjoy a drink while your kids swam and visit with other families/friends who booked at the same time. Their complimentary breakfast was a huge selling point also (we hold a lot of birthday parties here)

We just stayed for my sons birthday and we will not be coming back. They basically have took away all the reasons why we continued to come back with no upgrades to the rooms/facilities. (price being one of those reasons) no food or drink in the pool area is a huge deal breaker, there are tables set up everywhere, like there always has but what do you expect people to be doing at them? It’s inviting you to come sit and enjoy your time at the pool but then saying you can’t do anything you just sit there? The staff walking around policing every little thing made it feel like a prison and made us all feel very unfomfortable, almost like we weren’t welcome which is a bazarre way to feel when you’re paying to use a hotel with these services. The rooms are dark and depressing, we didn’t mind before because we usually spent all our time in the pool area with the kids but now we were in our rooms a lot more due to coming back for drinks/snacks anyway. Also the pool closing at 9 is a huge damper… more time to be in the room. I have so much more but I think you get the idea. Nothing great to say about this place anymore and if you’re going to be spending $170 on a room go somewhere you can actually relax and enjoy yourselves. This would not be it.

My review is about the bar attached to that hotel. The absolute slowest worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. To cash out a VLT ticket you have to sit there and wait 10 to 15 minutes. One of the older lady waitresss there Will sit there and eat her food or walk away and tell you to wait a few minutes before she cashes your ticket. Hire TWO WAITRESSES FOR THE BAR

Leg on table was loose. Complimentary breakfast was discontinued. They were prompt when we requested a cot but one wheel was broken off on the cot.

This hotel has definitely gone downhill. My family and I have frequented this hotel many times in the past and the experience was always great. That’s changed. The staff are unfriendly and act like you’re a bother if you ask them for anything. No more breakfast included. You can’t even have a drink or a snack by the pool and the hot tub is disgusting. We joked about it staining a white bathing suit. When we finally went to go to sleep we pulled back the blankets to find hair and blood… so gross. When I called to complain they said they could put us in a new room but we had to bring them the room cards and get new ones while we’re moving our kids and all our stuff at 10: 30 at night. Maybe they could offer to bring them up. After being in two separate rooms we noticed both rooms smelled musty. We definitely won’t be back.

Not the worst place I've stayed, but definitely would not recommend. A/C did not work - boiling hot. Not overly clean. Won't stay again if we can help it.

Horrible experience. When booking we were told all facilities were in working condition. Hot tub out of service and complimentary breakfast was taken away due to new ownership. When brought to the attention of management, no accommodations could be offered and they continue to gossip with other staff for other guests to hear when walking by with them bringing it to your attention as they address you to your room number. So not only not professional or accommodating just not worth our stay!

Clean room, comfy bed, front desk staff is friendly. I was told that there is no continental breakfast, but can buy from the restaurant. I saw people with kids enjoying the swimming pool. It's location is close to all amenities.

Nice enough place. Getting a little aged but very clean. They're doing some construction in the back but there was no noise or disruption from that. Maybe upgrading the rooms? Was just in and out for the night, easy check in and out.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool was warm and gorgeous. The only thing I'd have changed is nicer pillows. It would be nice as well to have a schedule for swim lessons when the slide isn't available.

From check in to check out very great service and the room was perfect for the 2 nights we were in Regina. Close to everything we needed. Having Ricky's on site is a great bonus and the complementary breakfast was really good.

Verything was great, only incident we had was we found a bed bug.i called the front desk and the girl said to being it dow. I wrapped it in wet tissue and more tissue as it was getting out of the wrapping. I had no item to carry it in.the girl in front desk didn't offer anything except to sleep in the same room and the owner would call me in the morning.also she didnt handle the bug properly. I told her to tie in a bag cause that thing could squeeze out of anywhere.anyways there was no call the next day and not an offer for a different room.it was gross and awkward, too bad cause our family enjoys sure stay on albert.not sure if we will continue our Halloween stays there.

Stayed here on the trip out west and now again going home. This place is very nice and easy to get to and has many places around it to go. The Best Western Seven Oaks caters to big groups and sports teams too so it could get loud if you have a team in the hotel that night. There is a beautiful indoor pool with a waterslide too, hot tub and a kiddie pool for the younger ones. Keep an eye on the little ones in the big pool as people flying off the slide create big waves and could give them some problems. The staff are nice and courteous from the front desk to the pool area. Sit down and have a bite at Ricky's great food and staff in there as well. There is a lot of local teens that ride bikes or just walk around the hotel looking thru vehicles, there is a security guard that patrols the area but it's only one person. Great place to stay and I would recommend it to everyone passing through. Ground floor rooms come with their own private access to the pool too.
Update: During my last stay here my car was vandalized right out front of the hotel. Too many kids walking around the parking lots, need security to do patrols.

We have been coming to 7 Oaks since our kids were small. Now we are coming with our geand kids. Our favorite place to staycation. Would have loved for the hot tub and kiddy pool to be open.
Rooms are find. Clean and comfy. I dont understand the whiners.

Service and room were fine. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the air doesn’t work super well so if you take a shower the whole room is gonna be hot for the next two hours.

I know it’s her job, but having the front desk lady tell a dad “your kids can’t eat here unless you show proof of vaccination “ is really a blood boiler. I’ll take my business elsewhere. You have random homeless people going up to everyone in the parking lot spreading god only know what but you’re worried about a vaccine for my kids to eat a bagel.

Nice rooms and comfortable beds. The pool is open now and Ricky's has great food. Fridge, microwave and coffee in room. Great staff and still honor BW Gold members.

Outdated and over priced. Pictures are not accurate. Pool area is closed for food and drink, including alcoholic beverages and even water, which I was under the impression was a human right. The roof over the pool was leaking profusely and looks like its about to collapse with cracks, peeling paint, rust and exposed rebar. I wasn't sure why there were 4 pool staff huddled in the closed bar area doing what half a person could do in half the time. Pool has strange open times and closes for 'maintenance' twice a day which I'm pretty sure was just an excuse for the pool employees to go and have a smoke together.

Rooms are crowded but the beds were actually quite comfortable. Front end staff were ok, although they implied that I was going to steal their cheap $1 bottle opener when I went to borrow one. A/C couldn't keep up and it wasn't even hot out.

It was our last resort since everything was booked up for a game. Next time I will just stay home instead of wasting money here. $80/night max.is all this place is worth. Open the food and drinks in the pool area and it would be more fun.

We arrived in our room and we were happy, it was dated but functional, we ordered room service and had a swim. The pool deck was dirty and there were lessons in the shallow end so swimming with my twin six year olds was tough as there was no area free where they could comfortably touch the bottom. All of that would have been easy to overlook, the part that ruined this stay was the lack of consequences for unruly guests. The group in the room next to us grabbed a fire extinguisher off the wall and used it. They were throwing ice at people in the pool and they were outrageously noisy. Upon approaching the front desk my husband was told, “There is nothing we can do”. Upon realizing we would be getting little to no sleep at this facility we packed up our kids and left (at 9 pm) to find a new hotel. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel before and to be told that I would not be refunded any money was an insult. To top it off, as we left we witnessed a drug deal in the parking lot. This hotel is not family friendly, has terrible customer service and is unsafe due to lack of consequences.

We had joining rooms, no complaints about them. They were quite comfortable. There was blood on one of the blankets. The restaurant was very nice and we had great service, food was fast and hot. The hot tub and the small pool were shut down but the worst part was the matenance guy who was extremely mean to all the kids in the pool. He stopped the slide and yelled at them. I understand when there is bad behavior but there was none! One kid caught up with another kid and he lost it! He yelled at over and over, even at adults. The kids were scared to do anything! It was very uncomfortable! Just for that we would not go back.

The rooms were a little dated and we found hair in the sink but otherwise it seem fairly clean but the kids loved the waterslide which was a bonus. The hot tub and kids wading pool wasn't I use because of covid which was a bit disappointing. We also planned on taking the kids to the gameroom but wasn't open either because of covid. Also, we were running late and chose the bag option for breakfast and it was a joke. 1 bottle water, apple and granola bar in each bag. How do that substitute for a complimentary got breakfast. Disappointing to say the least as there wasn't even cereal, yogurt, muffin juice or anything else as an option. But on the plus side, we couldn't get our card to work for our room and the very nice cleaning lady helped us out right away. Overall, pretty good hotel for the price and enjoyable for the kids if they like waterside or the pool.

Staff is great, and room is clean. Neighbourhood is super sketchy, and freight train is like 20 feet from my bedroom, so heads up. Hot tub was broken and only notified after booking which sucks since it’s the reason I picked this spot ‍️

Great place! The rooms were nice and clean and had comfortable beds. Breakfast was awesome, so was the bar and restaurant.
The best thing was the pool. It had a big slide and a great poolside area. The only downside was that there wasn't a diving board.
Would definitely stay there again.

30 Dec. 2016 good stay in the lobby. Really like to come back here whenever it becomes possible. They are always welcoming and ready to assist in any way. My little one and I love to explore all the statues and little trinkets around every corner. There is even a long wannabe gallery wall featuring some paintings and pictures down the hallway. Even flowers for extra ambience. Pictures included but best to see all that in person.
Really good experience, even for a resident on a staycation.
Also really nice and well kept toilet rooms. It is nice to relax at the pool whenever possible and feel like you are away on a tropical island away from all the worry. The towel bar is also a nice touch. Some things may be closed for safety but it makes sense for now. Thank you for the warm welcome.

Very Small beds, gross carpets don't take your shoes off, no staff accountability. Not the best neighborhood, two vehicles had their windows smashed in the night of our stay.
The breakfast was good, except for the bacon, was rancid or bad, staff just stated new brand but maybe get the pancakes platter instead with sausage.
Pool was nice.

Stayed here overnight for business hotel was extremely clean and followed covid-19 The rooms were very clean in the beds were extremely comfortable pool was open but hot tub was closed. Got a free mail at Ricky's as well. I would not recommend leaving anything in your vehicle however

Great place to stay. The water slide is the best in town along with pool. Ricky restaurant has great food along with a complimentary breakfast when you stay. The corner pub has drink specials daily with VLTs and offsale has amazng selection with awesome staff. Forsure a must stay when visiting Regina awesome staff.

The front staff was fantastic and cheery. Breakfast at Ricky's was included so that was a bonus. The pool and waterside was fun! Was a family staycation for my sons birthday and he thought it was awesome. Has an issue with our door/lock and they allowed us to stay an extra few hours for the inconvenience. Will come again. Only thing is, I wish they had told me if I registered my stay, I would have received a $25 gift card for my next stay

We had a log awaited visit with our children and their families. Saying that, our expectations that were listed on the website were very under delivered.
1. Pool times did not match the web site. The website listed pool times as 9am-10pm. The pool as closed at 9 pm after several ‘clear the pool and stay out’ throughout the evening.
2. The pool did not open until 10 am.
3. There were at least 125 people in the pool last evening (and dozens more on the deck) not the ‘regulated’ 100 in the information we had arriving at the hotel.

A really looked forward to visiting in the pool and on the pool deck in as safe an atmosphere as possible. The pool staff lost complete control over monitoring the numbers in the pool.

Over priced and Not that good. Rooms are very old and outdated looking and the ac barely works. Only thing good about the hotel is the waterpark and the breakfast. Don’t recommend staying here, there are way betters hotels for far cheaper.

I would give 0/5 rating if I could.disappointed that the limit of people at the pool was not regulated by hotel management. Glenn the manager told me that they had 125 person head count in the pool and that they would need to tighten their covid restrictions. A limit is on signage of 100 on the pool deck, staff and in the water. Public health needs to make this venue a priority to ensure the health and safety of our community. If we had known that the guidelines set would not be adhered to we would not have booked to stay. The hours for the pool times on the website are incorrect. The pool was incredibly unsafe. Children were not supervised by parents at all, there was flipping and diving children in the shallow end by the stairs and no room to physically stay far enough away from people out of our household to respect social distancing. No room numbers or names were taken down when we arrived at the pool.
So saddened that our family staycation became an overwhelming, overcrowded gong show.

Just stayed here for the weekend. Breakfast at Ricky's was included and very good.

Me and my family recently stayed here, the room that I booked was great and was exactly what I wanted even though I booked it upon arrival. However my grandparents who booked a ground floor poolside room 2 months in advance literally had the furthest room away from the pool, they had asked for one closer but where told all of them where booked. The next day due to a family emergency they had to stay an extra night and where told they could not stay in the same room and where told that the housekeeping staff would move there belongings to there new room as they had to leave to deal with said emergency. Upon coming back to the hotel that evening only half of there belongings made it to the room. Oddly enough all of it was ice cold as if it had been outside for hours. After being told numerous times by the front desk that they could not locate there belongings it eventually turned up. Unsure how or why the things where not just taken straight to there room in the first place. Every other time we have stayed at this hotel the stay has been a good experience this was the first bad experience we have had there.

Great for the kids, got a poolside room (don't recommend if you're a light sleeper can be a little noisy) and just let the kids run their energy out going up the stairs for the water slide. No complaints about cleanliness etc.

If you are traveling with children, the Seven Oaks is a fine place to stay. There's a pool with waterslide, the onsite Ricky's restaurant is quite good, the rooms are clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and accommodating. If you are traveling for business though.it's and older property. There aren't as many electrical outlets as you might want, the rooms and in particular the bathrooms are smallish, and the walls are thin. You will hear all the little kiddies running up and down. Incongruously, there is a good selection of meeting space.

Awesome experience. Except for the stairs going to water slide. Same stairs for close to 30 years. In dire need of replacement as they are rusted and coated with paint for minor repairs. Some spot's they feel soft. I was tempted to carry my 3 year old up the stairs so she wouldn't cut her feet. Another guest had cut his foot on one of the screw heads sticking up.

It was not very good. I was very surprised to see drunk people spilling drinks on kids in the pool area, no supervision by hotel staff at all. Definetly not a place to take your kids, the waterslide is also dangerous as no one follows the rules due to the lack of supervision. At night i seen a guy on a bike wearing a dora the explorer back pack going from car to car looking inside and checking doors, the hotel security guy just walked by like it was normal.spend the extra twenty bucks and stay in the south end of the city.

Clean lobby and room. Excellent staff on arrival. Air conditioner was not the best. Room was warmer then I like, but keeping the curtains closed help a bit. All in all, the stay was good.

We were at a wedding with my daughter, husband and two young children. We got joining rooms. The pool was great and kid friendly. Free breakfast was good and staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel on one of the hottest days of our trip: it was 43 Celsius so we were trying to escape the heat. When we opened the door to our room we were hit with a wall of stale, hot, humid, smelly air. We immedialty turned on the AC unit which blew out moderately cool air at a moderate speed, even though we had it set to 16 Celsius and the fan on high. We later called front desk about this. They sent “maintenance” who pushed the same buttons we did on the thermostat, then denied us a different room, and brought a fan to help with the heat. It did not help with the heat. We then went to the bathroom. The toilet had a strip of paper around the lid and seat that said “sanitary” over and over on it. Upon breaking this paper and opening the lid, we desciovered feces smeared all over the seat. Definitely not sanitary. The hallways also smelled like wet dog as, obviously, pets are allowed in the rooms. To say the least, we were extremely dissatisfied and will never be staying at this hotel again.

Edit: I submitted a review for the wrong hotel! I didn't stay here but I had a bunch of relatives come into town. They stayed here and I came to visit. The rooms seemed clean with a great water park. They have a great location with an off sale right on site. I believe there is a bar located here also. Sorry for the mix up

The hotel is okay, but very dated. The rooms aren't very nice compared to others at a similar cost per night. The TV and coffee maker were plugged in with a block heater cord. I felt like that was a cost cutting measure. Maybe a guest came up with that solution? Worst of all was the AC unit in the room was in "working" condition, but barely. We had to request a fan, that was also broken. Location, while beyond their control, is not ideal. It's located well within "the hood" and features an offsale that brings alot of shady characters around. Lock your car doors and make sure nothing is visible!

Stayed here on the trip out west and now again going home. This place is very nice and easy to get to and has many places around it to go. The Best Western Seven Oaks caters to big groups and sports teams too so it could get loud if you have a team in the hotel that night. There is a beautiful indoor pool with a waterslide too, hot tub and a kiddie pool for the younger ones. Keep an eye on the little ones in the big pool as people flying off the slide create big waves and could give them some problems. The staff are nice and courteous from the front desk to the pool area. Sit down and have a bite at Ricky's great food and staff in there as well. There is a lot of local teens that ride bikes or just walk around the hotel looking thru vehicles, there is a security guard that patrols the area but it's only one person. Great place to stay and I would recommend it to everyone passing through. Ground floor rooms come with their own private access to the pool too.

Was so easy to book. Front desk helped me print off papers that I desperately needed and was beyond helpful the whole stay. Food was great in the cafe/restaurant. Not a bad thing to say!

There for kids party. The waterslide was fun but in poor shape. It needs some major updatesespecially the stairs. Pool os showing its age. Would do a kids party at other locations over this one

This is by far the best Best Western I've ever stayed at! The staff is friendly and kind. The restaurant food is wonderful. The beds are cozy. It even has a water slide!

The lobby was dirty. The room was small and fairly outdated besides the appliances. What the absolute worst was the swimming pool. The water in the hot tub and kitty pool was so merky you couldn't see your hand when you held it a foot under the water. The hot tub was just barely warm and the swimming pool was ice cold. The stairs to the waterslide were dangerously rusted and you could tell they just keep painting overtop to hid the rust. The swimming pool and water slide need to be shut down. I have no idea how it is still running. I would never recommend anyone to stay here!

The overall hotel was fine. Definitely not worth $150 a night. The stink of cigarettes everywhere was overwhelming and disgusting. Sad that you have non smoking room/floor and you can't even enjoy your room because every room around you is full of people smoking. Not impressed.

The most clean and comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a hotel! I NEVER sleep in a hotel bed because of how awkward it feels. Hats off to you! Kids loved the waterslide and great breakfast at Rickies! Loved the extra half hour with check out at 11: 30am

The hotel is nice. Clean room, good WiFi. But the back parking lot is not safe. Do not go out there after dark, and do not park there. The hotel needs to install security cameras before a serious crime happens.

Hotel itself was fine but security for the parking must be improved. There were two incidents of vandalism and theft of other guest's cars while we stayed there.

Had a great stay with my friends. Amazing water slide and pool, delicious breakfast, great customer service. 100% would recommend. Only problem is that at Ricky’s, there was avocado residue on one of our knives and our server barely apologized. I don’t think they wash their dishes well.other than that their free breakfast menu had great options and they were delicious.

The room was clean and comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and approachable. Will start staying at best western for the remainder of my trip.

Great pool and waterslide. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was sizable and had the usual amenities - keurig, mini fridge, iron, ironing board. Only thing that needs updating are the room keys. One lost its programming and did not work on the pool side door.

Kids really like the pool. I took my daughter here for a birthday party. The hotel is dated and the staff seems to lag behind other hotels, bit the kids have fun and that's what matters.

Clean enough however would not return. Room was dark and dungeoney, stairs to water slide rickety and seemed like they were on the verge of falling down, hot tub was not even relaxing as the jets were loud and banging and almost make you feel nauseated, there were no towels at the pool nor a hotel worker to be found to get one. Checkout at 1130 housekeeping was already banging on our door at 930 to clean it. The bathroom in the room was stall like, barely room to close the door when standing in there and had a foul odour at all times.
