My experience at Surplus was amazing. The customer service was phenomenal and very informative by sales person Fayth. I will most likely stop in again and pick out more beautiful home furniture.

The service was above and beyond so helpful and knowledgeable I will definitely be back. The furniture is absolutely stunning and very well built at a reasonable cost.

HIGHLY recommend doing your shopping elsewhere. We bought a couch from these guys about 3 years ago. We got the VIP pet package warranty which was an extra 200$ on our 2000$ sectional. We went to try to claim the warranty, for the company to tell us "none of this is covered" which all of it says it IS covered on the surplus furniture page. We called the SF store, and was told "call back Thursday the manager WILL fight for you! " So we called back, and the manager basically told us we were SOL. This company is run by crooks, and the people that they go through their warranty with are crooks as well.
If I could give negative starts, I absolutely would. HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest going somewhere where they won't rip you off with their cheaply made furniture.

Eta: They've also now turned off all commenting on their Facebook and deleted a of my comments letting everyone know what type of company they are! If that doesn't show you what type of company this is, nothing will!

Excellent service! We were very well attended by the staff, and we also found our sofa, with great quality, price and best of all: fast delivery!

I got an issue with my mattress I got in 2019. They told me what to do and my claim was accepted. I went to choose a new mattress. The whole process was easy and the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend. Thanks again

Very unprofessional impression of this place. Will never go back! Went to this place to check out matresses. Totally misleading advertising. Saw online a matress priced that was with in my budget so went to locataion to try it. Found out that that price was if I bought the entire bedroom set which was over a 1200.00. Advertisement stated if purchase set which usulaly means matress and boxspring. There was not a matress that was under 900.00 in the entire store! Evan after stating multiple times what I wanted to spend to the saleperson did not acknowledge that at all and gave me the option of financing it so not really listening to what i was sdaying. Which is not what I wanted to do. Didnt get the impression that I was listned to in regards to my needs and wants. Basically felt they were trying to make me spend more than what i wanted to.

I gave 1 star because at least she was friendly and was acknowleged when i entered the store.

We had a really great experience at Surplus furniture in Saskatoon! Dani was so friendly and helped us pick out pieces unique for our home- and we also enjoyed the savings. We would recommend Surplus to all our friends and family!

Excellent prices, excellent selection. As of equal importance my sales helper, Danielle was phenomenal, pleasant, and just made my day, service was the best. Danielle would not accept all credit but rather acknowledged her team, speaks volumes. I have and will continue to recommend surplus furniture.

Always love shopping here! The staff are super friendly and don't bother you while you browse but are more than happy to answer any questions you have.

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with this store, we got a great sectional and coffee table / end table set for a fair price. We had Blessie help us out and she was nothing but a joy to deal with and so helpful, she takes pride in her job and it shows, we had a lot of fun with her!
