Fair pricepoint compared to sushi restaurants of it's caliber in other cities.

Good variations of sushi a lot of the food didn't look like the pictures on the menu and it took forever for the sushi to come.

The food was raw, and poor tasting the communication was poor and they delivered to the wrong hotel and I had to go walk over and meet the delivery guy. Would never eat here again! The dynamite roll and soft shell crab roll were soggy and fell apart and the shrimp tempura was raw.

The warm cosy feeling of Sushi Raku is very comforting and vibey. Staff were friendly and very sweet. The food was so delicious and it was presented beautifully. This has become my go to comfort food spot

The place is like a regular sushi place. The food was (personally) kinda mid. The service was very good, people were very nice.

Absolutely fantastic sushi and incredibly fast service. Loved that they had a gluten free menu for me and GF soy sauce. So glad they were open on labor day so we got to try them out. If I lived here, I'd be a regular for sure.

Really happy with this omakase nigiri set! For $25, this is the real deal. The rice size accompanies the fish size perfectly. The seared salmon belly was my favourite piece. Good amount of ginger. Will definitely visit again if I am in town. I am originally from Toronto so something like this costs a lot more. Very good value and fresh fish!

The best Japanese food in Saskatoon.
I have heat this place many tines fron friends, somehow I have not visit yet until today I get into the hidden spot taste a bit.
We have ordered the Omakase (chef's choice) Sashimi, it is included 10 kinds of sashimi for couple pieces. This is the most impresive for us. Saskatoon can make this great taste and delicated sashimi plate.
We both have our own donburi (stuff on the top of rice bowl). Mine is Salmon Ikura (salmon eggs) Donburi, one of my favourite. I wish next time i can try the Uni Don (Sea urchin)
I have ordered Negi Hamachi (yellow tail fish green onuons) Maki (Roll). I love the fatty and smooth texture in mouth. It is not comment on Saskatoon Japanese restaurants serve Hamachi.
Well, if you are near by this spot in downtown Saskatoon, you shall not miss a chance to have the best Japanese food here.

I picked this place off the map because the Donburi caught my eye. It's a particular favourite of mine since I visited South Korea, and not many places have in on the menu.

I wasn't disappointed. The Salmon Don was delicious and decently priced. The friends I was with had a variety of sushi, and said they quite enjoyed it. All in all, would return, would recommend — there are plenty more things on the menu that I'd like to try.

My wife and I just returned from the restaurant. Food was great but terrible, rude service. We were chatting and the blonde Asian waitress just came with the bill and the debit machine without us asking for the bill. Very rude.

First time going here as per recommendation from a friend, I had the Miso soup to start off with, the sushi rolls I got were California and Crispy Salmon. Would highly recommend going again and try out different rolls. Food was served quickly and the staff are very friendly!

Terrible customer service. We order regularly and the chef tonight was not able to accommodate dietary request when these request had been accepted on several other take out orders. They are loosing valuable customers.

Best sushi in the city.great selection of sushi for people that are unsure and people that have love sushi.the service is great from when you come in and the sushi chefs greet you to the attentive servers.

The sushi here is fresh and delicious. We were seated on the patio without a wait! The staff were accommodating, and friendly, and the food arrived quickly. Sushi Raku is my top choice for a-la-carte sushi in Saskatoon.

Very friendly and attentive service and they go out of their way to be helpful. Excellent sushi, large pieces of sashimi, large rolls, excellent tempura. My wife's bento box looked excellent and had a fairly decent size piece of salmon. We've been there twice and sat on the deck both times.

My go-to sushi spot. Way better than all of those all you can eat places. The quality is top-tier, prices are very reasonable and I love the presentation of food.athe restaurant itself is super cute and all the employees are so kind.

Update: Went there with my family for my birthday and we had a wonderful experience! Shared some sushi and sashimi boats and they were delicious, very high quality and worth the money! Service was amazing and they even gave us free ice cream for the occasion! Thanks so much:)

For a Japanese restaurant: the rice - supposed to be the staple of the Japanese meal - was completely messed up. Hard and dry, as if it was microwaved. That is a BIG no-no for every serious Japanese food fan. The sashimi was good, although somewhat flavourless. Fake wasabi too.

My son and myself ordered Tonkotsu regular and spicy. Everyone was excited after ordering, the lady said that we ordered too much so three of them cancelled their order, and we can still order just in case if it's not enough, she said there's enough just the sushi party tray, there was 7 of us and we're all hungry. The order came everything looks good and salivating it didn't last long, and some of us wants more. So my sister ordered again for 1 regular Tonkotsu, so I look very closely to her order it has sliced meat and my son said mine doesn't have meat and I said that mine didn't have meat too. We told our server and she was surprised, there's was no sorry, apology or replacement. Very disappointed.

Went for a dinner date. Absolutely amazing sushi, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Their sushi rolls were sooo good I haven't had sushi that good in ages! I'll be back to try more sushi and more of the menu.
Hot sake for 10$ was a great deal. Really wanna try Ume Sake next time

Repetitive but seriously, great restaurant.

I moved to Stoon from BC where sushi is everywhere and very good and I’ve been quite underwhelmed by the sushi here until I went to Raku. It’s fantastic - the fish is fresh and great quality, the rice is perfect, the presentation is awesome. And the servers are so nice!
