The manager of this store needs serious help. As a loyal customer spending hundreds of dollars in this store almost every season, she easily raises her voice and attacks a customer for a simple question. She found my question, "Is this outfit faulty? " offensive and said, "I am insulted"! I tried to laugh it off until she wasted my time standing AGAIN, waiting for her chitchat with coworkers and their jokes to finish before starting to scan my items. Making customers wait is not a new thing in this store, but the audacity to make customers feel extremely uncomfortable is concerning. She didn't apply my 10% membership discount due to too much talking with her staff. Interestingly, she confessed to that! Then she lowers down the value of the discount, brushing it off. We work hard for our money, and in case she doesn't have respect for our hard work, whether it's $1 or $15, it is my right to have that amount back to my card, NOT in a store credit. This is her fault and not cool to not have my money back. However, she finds a way to excuse herself and demean my time and money. She even comments out loud about people protesting for Gaza in the mall and why she didn't even like it. Seriously? People come there to do some shopping, not engage in her political debate. How about keeping her opinions to herself and doing a better job in customer service? I'm not sure who her supervisor is, but she needs serious help. The next time I go there for shopping, I won't be nice and quiet about her disrespectful attitude and harassment.
