TacoTime 22nd Street

I went threw the 22nd street location straight from work grabbed food for me and my kids. I ordered 15 hard shell tacos, and mexi fries plus drinks my order came to $85 dollars I get all the way home and they forgot a taco when I complained they said they will put in there book for a free taco I said it’s not a “free taco” I was charged for it, then they told me to come pick up I told him by the time I drive bk all my food would be cold, plus it’s snowing bad roads are bad and gas is expensive, so I gave the kids there food and went bk with my meal, when i got bk to the restaurant I asked them to either re mark the 4 tacos and fries that got cold and soggy while I had to drive bk he refused so I told him then I want my money bk for those 4 tacos he also refused I told him I don’t want to eat hard tacos that’s were cold and soggy now that it was there fault, he then tells me to just throw it in the garbage then that they were not going to make the order right. I asked to speak to there manager he also refused to call all around bad service and bad food they don’t even deserve one star even the fries were cold to begin with I drove to 8th street location and they replaced the food even though wasn’t even from there location there service is awesome and foods fresh n hot nvr going to 22nd location again rude staff and cold missing food

Very good food. Cooked well and place is clean. I also like the hot sauce. Great team working there.

This place is so horrid. I've nvr had such a horrific disgusting meal in my entire life! The food was so unexpectedly gross, I swear they have just re-cooked last weeks shipment which had gone old by now. The drink was so putrid that I swear I was drinking syrup from a straw. The staff omgosh they are so rude and let me say poor poor hygiene and no cleanliness in their culture I swear. The one lady was putting her hand all over the garbage bin and had touched some sort of cleaner I hope and I watched than touching my meal to prepare all together. Was a big joke! Threw my meal away. I have food poisoning just by thinking about it. 22nd worst place to go for a bite.

I ordered nachos deluxe-$7.99. It was a handful of corn chips with a tablespoon of hamburger and a bit of sour cream. Garbage, and that's where it went. No wonder no one is here.

September 2022, No receipt given, extra drink added to order, 2 soft tacos missing, 2$ short on change given, and the new blanco cheese sauce is blank on flavor as the meat is now short on flavor and it shows in the crips meat and the large beef barrito. The hot sauce is imported so corners are cut. Time to visit taco

On Burrito Thursday they forgot to give me the discount. Duh. But the food was good. Getting pricy, like everywhere else.

I've been to several locations and this one didn't meet general expectations. Very small portions, Tacos had barely anything in them, and the Taco sauce cups were less than half full. In addition I didn't receive everything I ordered, unfortunately I didn't realize till I was too far to turn back.

Good friendly service but I paid 38$ for food and My quasadilla i got in drive thru was a mess. I didnt notice right away or i definently would have returned. I would appreciate if you'd have used lids. Not happy.

Tge one on bets ave has dried chicken peices since they've changed there way of cooking the chicken not the greatest

Quick and friendly service. I always order veggie tacos and never disappointed. Food is always fresh.

I love how the owner only responds to select customers, I'm going to idywyld from now on regardless if I live 3 blocks away. I miss Essan.
Half the time, taco time misses somemthing on the order, black olives were shaved off the mexi fry delux and yet they arent offered on the side, they took them off but have to manually add them to the salsa mix that comes from a giant can of olives so what gives? How do you go backwards on food but try and add un authentic options like the tacobell crunch wrap.

Can you please get your lives together or find new careers because if putting theses premade ingredients and 6 items in bag is too challenging there are many 13- 16 year Olds who could use a job

I always order the chicken taco salad and I will never return to this location. The salad bowl was less than a quarter full and I paid $18.51. No value at all, disgusted with this location

Ordered via Skip, spent a fair bit of $$ and they forgot to send and sauces for the food. Order tasted very bland with no sauce: (very disappointed, will order from other location next time.

Says their hours are 11am to 9pm Monday to Sunday. The doors were locked, no answer on their phone but all their signs said they were open to dine-in. Only thing open was their drive-thru. Maybe they should make the "dining room closes at 8pm" bigger so it can be read.

Fast service, tacos were good as well as the Mexi fries. Ate outside; but no garbage cans available.

Poor service with lack of hot sauce some rule were u can only get 2 per order or something may as well go to barbarioto quesada or mucho burrito instead cause why go eat a sub par fast food taco or burrito if I cant even get the only part of the meal that makes you pick them over better restraunt eith better food and prices?

Yesterday I ordered large mexi fries deluxe and when I got home, they only give me regular portion. I don’t think I’m going back to this branch.

Dude that works drive thru is great if he's not a manager already he should be great attitude never misses anything nor messes up friendly and professional. High recommend this location.

Service sometimes take a few minutes but food is prepared well. Intercom sound quality can make it difficult to order.

Customer service is always great. The one guy working drive through is awesome, very friendly, fast, and courteous and always smiling in a good mood. If you go to this location you'll know who I'm talking about, i don't know his name.
3 stars only because the prices are very high and i don't care for their burritos.

The service is surprisingly always great from this taco time, friendly folks. The food is what you would expect from a fast food place though, nothing special.

Our favourite Taco Time. Great staff, fast turnaround, good value for your money, hot and filling. Had the mexi fries poutine and it was awesome. Staff make the mexi fries to order, so it's hot. I asked for extra sour cream and that was so good. A meal in itself. The parking lot was somewhat heavy with snow from the previous weekends storm so just a heads up.

Happened a few times in past mostly later in evenings. Stale fries refried, tasted bitter. Wonder if they think people who order and eat would never know the taste.
Disappointed.

Again tonight Bitter fries, stale, dark probably cause must have been refried few times. WHY? Poor customer service at night.

There is one gentleman who works at this location and his customer service is top notch.one of the main reasons why we continue to go back

They don't even deserve one star. One of the worst place to work. They call workers for orienatation and don't pay for orientation and when there work is done call the worker and tell them not to come and don't even pay for the work.

Tacos are TINY, hardly anything in them as compared to other locations.

Ordered a beef taco combo, was pretty tasty but seriously the taco was VERY small pretty much snack size! Not impressed!
For a $9 combo i should be filled up a little more

22nd Street location is the best taco time hands down great costomer service and the very clean place
