Service is good. Food sometimes lack freshness. Mexi fries from last two visits tasted stale and bitter for some odd reason. First time I thought my taste buds are done deal but I am glad I was wrong the second time it tasted same after a Month. Last but not the least service is good which is a huge plus.

One of the best Mexican restaurants in the City. My cousin recommended me to go eat at the restaurant and i went with my family there and now i visit every week and totally love it. Would totally recommend to family and friends.

Such great service and Prabhjot was exceptionally cheerful and made our experience quite delightful.

Usually fine, but the staff don't seem to be aware of the loyalty program posted on the window. When I bring it up, they act confused, then tell me to pay first. Tonight, I had my phone out (with the scan) and my card. He stuck the machine out the window without looking, and when it beeped, he left, without ever looking back. When he returned with my drink, I told him I had the loyalty code to scan, and he told me it was too late, because he'd already moved on. Furthermore, I asked for no salsa on my burritos, but got salsa, and burned rice to boot. Overall a pretty terrible experience.

Took my kids for lunch today to visit the east location, the store looks amazing with their new decor. Always get great service, and friendly staff. Thank you Jyoti and Renibeth for your service today!

Hard to understand, miscommunication, got order wrong but made it right when i called to inform them agter we got home.

Always a great experience and delicious food. My favourite order is mexi fries deluxe with chipotle (add in chicken)! Swaraj always brings the high energy and provides the best service.

I ordered the large deluxe mexifries and they gave me the same amount as a regular in a bigger box. There was literally a gap in the box! I asked for utensils when I ordered but they still missed it.

TacoTime has decent fast food but what put this location above others was the drive thru person who noticed me and my girlfriend had ordered two burritos and one large mexi fries and asked if we wanted two forks with it. Which is exactly what we wanted to do was share the mexi fries. Sure it's something small but in a world were customer service is lacking this was a welcome going beyond the usual and anticipating the needs of the customer to do something extra. Thank you for doing that.

I ordered chicken quesadillas, chicken taco and mexi fries. Everything was cold. The fries were so soggy, it appeared to be like they had been sitting out for a while and they just microwave it and gave it to me. The other things were just decent enough to be eaten before they get soggy as well. Didn’t think I would be disappointed by such basic dishes.

There is a lovely lady that works the drive thru everyday; she is always smiling and always has a wonderful attitude. Amazing customer service every time we visit! Give this lady a raise!

It was the first time getting food from them, but “the quesadilla “ had nothing to do with a quesadilla. No guac, the portions were small and they didn't taste good. Wont be getting food from them anymore.

Guy at drive thru was amazing, super happy and gave me extra hot sauce and ketchup without asking, best experience ever.

Stood at the counter for a few mins before being greeted. I just moved here from Ontario, and I managed many Taco Bell restaurants which I am obsessed with but I have to say, the burritos at this location are by far the best in fast Mexican food. Been to other Taco Time locations and I was not happy. This location is one I would recommend!

Drivecthru attendant is great.

Veggie burrito was a bit soggy and mexi fries were a bit undercooked.
