I had my tragus done by Cassandra and she was amazing! She was very kind and explained the entire process as she was piercing. I couldn't recommend her enough! I will definitely be going back to Cassandra for future piercings.

I came in with a piercing that I had got done from a different shop, it had been pierced with the wrong type of jewelry, and was starting to get irritated! Tantrix was the most recommended spot for professional service! They fixed me up with the proper jewelery and not even a few days later my piercing took a turn for success! Edit: I've since returned for 2 piercings, both of which I am very happy with! I was given great care instructions and encouraged to follow-up if I had issues (I haven't, but it's nice to know I'd have support if I did).

I recently had a piercing that was not done at Tantrix and it was giving me some issues. I had reached out to Tantirx because I knew they were very highly rated and many talked very highly about them. Cassandra had helped me with my piercing and walked me through the steps to hopefully get it healed. She helped me every step of the way! When my piercing didn't heal she helped me remove it and and cleaned it all up for me! Cassandra is very knowledgeable in her field and I would highly recommend her for any piercing needs! Tantrix and their employees are amazing at what they do! Would highly recommend Tantrix!

Worth every penny! Please understand that while prices at other establishments may be lower their quality may not be the same. This business has a great website and booking process. The building was easy to find, with 2hr parking nearby. Their waiting room was clean and has a cool aesthetic. Their front staff was friendly and incredibly accommodating! I had an excellent piercer, going in with getting my ears repierced after only having my lobes pierced once as a child. My piercer, Cassandra, was amazing and could tell I was nervous and guided me through the whole process, must be excellent with first timers and children. I was given excellent advice and information on aftercare and am very happy I chose this establishment for my piercing. Will be coming back!

Haley K did my tattoos and I am so impressed. Her energy is so calm/inviting and she’s so easy to talk to, I’m nervous around needles and she did so good making sure I was comfortable and at ease during the session. We took almost an hour to plan out how I wanted them to look, she puts in so much extra effort even with testing a spot on my arm to show me how it would feel before she started actually tattooing. She has such beautiful work, what a talented and great individual! Will definitely be going to her for my future tattoos. Also this location is downtown but has great parking which is 100% a plus. I got my two nostril piercings and my septum done at Tantix by Cassandra and it was the best experience I’ve had receiving a piercing she’s super friendly and always does an amazing job!

The staff is always friendly here and quick to answer any questions. They give a great explanation when asking questions about piercings and are amazing with the customers they pierce. My daughter was nervous about a piercing that she was getting and the piercer talked her through what to expect and eased any concerns before performing the piercing. Highly recommend for piercing. My other daughter got a tattoo on her ankle from Francisco and absolutely loves it!

I’ve been a long time client of Tantrix, close to 6 years. I’ve been pierced by everyone except janelle (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) and tattooed by Bella and Nicole. I consider everyone there to be a friend and Bella is one of my best friends from school. The piercers are very friendly and always make me laugh, and tell me exactly what’s going to happen. Leanne even took the time to explain everything to my mom so she wouldn’t be afraid for my first piercings:) the tattooing experience was great too, considering I’m a pretty slim person and felt it ALOT lol, Bella and Nicole were great with helping me through it. And they all tell the funniest jokes whenever I’m there everyone takes time to say hi, and while being tattooed they all checked in on me. I would give Tantrix 100 stars if I could.

Got a full colour walrus done years ago and it still looks amazing. The owner was very easy to work with and he produces amazing colors would definitely recommend. It was a larger piece and he charges for quality but we'll worth it.

As many holes as I have Leanne took the time to explain it to me and how the jewelry and process has matured since my last piercing.
She gave me a bunch of information and insisted I call / text if I had any issues.
100% reccomend Tantrix.

Recently got my septum done here! It was practically painless, aside from the clamps (which always hurt, isn’t in anyway the piercers fault!) and it’s healing incredibly well! Only symptoms I have is a tender and sore nose, overall I recommend this studio!

Got my tattoo from mexicantattooartist. He was so respectful. I am transgender and use a different name and pronouns than what's on my ID. He was super respectful of that, and even commented on my voice sounding like that of a teenage boy (major euphoria) honestly, one of the best experiences, will definitely go back

All the artists and piercers at this location are amazing. Leanne took an after hours request on advice even though she didn’t do my piercing, she was right there willing to help. Definitely appreciate the dedication these people have in making a difference in the body mod world!

Everybody here at Tantrix is very helpful and friendly! I got a flat and 2nd lobe piercing from Cassandra and Leanne. They are very knowledgeable and will try to work out what looks best for your ear. I tried to get helix piercing but because my ear curves in, the jewelry will not show on my ear so they worked it out with getting a flat piercing instead! Nicole was awesome too helping me out with the jewelry! 11/10 recommend

Got a helix done with Cassandra a couple months ago, and it was literally AMAZING. She talks you through everything and is so so good at communicating what she’s doing so you’re totally prepared to get your piercing. She goes over aftercare and other procedures super super well and in a way that it’s so easy to understand. Super professional setting with amazing piercers, I’ll definitely be back to get more piercings in the future. She walked me through everything and explained what was happening before she did it so nothing was unexpected, she showed me how threadless jewelry works since I've never had any before, she explained the aftercare process thoroughly and answered my questions, overall just super friendly and knowledgeable and fun to work with! I just got my conch (ear) pierced again after having it closed for a few years and I was nervous about the pain. I called to book an appointment and was able to get in that day! The shop was very clean and their COVID protocol was very thorough and helped me feel at ease while I was there. Cassandra was my piecer and she was fantastic. She was so nice and personable and great with informing me about what she was doing and explaining the after care. She’s great at what she does and my piercing was less painful the second time than when I first got it. I will definitely be going back soon to and book in with Cassandra to get more piercings done!

I got my septum pierced by Karsen a few days ago and it was great and is healing nicely. She was very kind and efficient. She made the experience very enjoyable and I will definitely be going back to get more done. I would highly recommend Karsen. For it being my very first piercing to get.the 5 minutes it took Mark, was totally worth it. Other businesses would've turned down from doing my Daith do to it not being that big, but it worked out better then I thought it would.

Nicole has done 4 of my 5 piercings from my eye brow bar at a size 14 and my guages starting right at the size 8 Guage and was totally worth it.

I understand. But i have been trying to reach him for about two to three weeks. I didnt ask him that much of detailed questions That he needed extra time to reply. It was just general questions which he didnt even answer previously when i first asked. I reached out to the main chat first and i was advised to msg the artist directly. If the artist isnt able to answer questions or just respond maybe that option shouldnt be given.
There is a fine line of simply saying i am busy or just blantly ignoring a persons messages and not even answering them properly.
I didnt block him. I simply removed the conversation. So cause of my privacy setting, person removed, will not be able to reply to me on messanger

Got my daughter's ears done and she got one done then was too scared to get the other but they had no problem with us coming a different day so we came a week later and she got the other ear done.also my daughter loved the kinder egg treat after.they gave us 2 treats one for her sister

Every artist has been totally professional, did an amazing tattoo, was friendly, and made my tattoo experiences relaxing and wonderful! Tantrix is a clean professional shop. A really good experience! This wasn't my first time getting my nose pierced, and this was definitely better than the last place I went to.she was fast, precise and friendly! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a piercing, I've had it in a few weeks now and it's healing really nicely and looks fantastic!

Cassandra gave my friends and I all double forward helix piercings and it was an amazing experience! She explained everything so well and made us all feel extremely comfortable.

Well for one, it’s very uncommon and unsafe to use Titanium metal for jewelry for the simple reasoning that you never know who may or may not be allergic to said metals, that’s why it’s most common for surgical steel to be used. And two showing up for appointments it’s an absolutely sh*t show, no one answers at phone calls or text messages like they say the would, they tell you too show up at a certain time, you do, and they don’t let you in let alone answer any earlier than 20mins later. Complete waste of time don’t go here.

I've now had two tattoos done by Mike at Tantrix and I can honestly say, he is an artist and a professional. One sitting was an hour and a half and the other was a five-hour session. I am extremely happy with the work, the cleanliness, the price, and the professionalism of Tantrix and their staff. Highly recommend!

The studio is clean, and I love that Tantrix only uses premium, internally threaded jewelry for all piercings. Nicole is thorough,  professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Had 3 piercings in my ears done at once here. Cassandra did an awesome job piercing, made it a comfortable experience and was very particular about piercing placement and made sure I was happy with it. Definitely recommend her as a piercer.

Cassandra is super nice. After she knows that this is my first piercing, she encourages me and comforts me, which makes me not scared of it. Made an appointment for 6: 00pm and they were very polite and willing to be flexible with the time when I thought I might be early. Came in and got my piercing (the piercer was very friendly and asked if I wanted to know how the procedure happened, I said no because I was nervous) it was painless! 3 days later and my nose is healing very nicely. They were even nice enough to give me some advice for the tattoos on my wrist that were badly done at another tattoo place. Would recommend.
