All of my questions queries were answered and explained to me in detail. Shout out to Tamara, she gave me a right advice on my time related problem.

1/9 2024，Arrive at the scheduled time. Very easy to find. The parking lot at the door was big and the staff was very nice. During the loss assessment, they will chat with me and help me pass the boring waiting time. The three staff members I came into contact with, were all very nice people. Although the car was damaged, I still felt the love from them.

I would give 10 stars if I could. On our way out west, we stopped in Regina and while there had a smash and grab with our car window being broken. This happened on a Friday night with no auto glass repair shops being open on the Saturday. We called Taylor Toyota who directed us to Taylor Auto Body. They not only stored our car in their locked bay over the weekend but also taped up the window for us and even picked us up at our hotel. And they did ALL of this without even charging us for anything. What fantastic service! You made a very stressful time for us, much more manageable. Thank you Taylor Auto Body ever so much!

First, I should say that I was upset about the overall situation of my car being at Taylor's and not necessarily at Taylor Autobody in general, and so I didn't leave a review when I first picked my car. Second, I believe a 3 star rating is okay, you did the job; a 4 star exceeds expectations; 5 stars is over and above all expectations.

With that being said, yea, Taylor Autobody will get the job done. What they absolutely did not do is exceed expectations (okay, I have high expectations. Who doesn't?).

I currently have the unfortunate pleasure of fixing everything that was not covered by the SGI claim, so I am literally underneath my car looking much more extensively at Taylor's work than 99% of their customers ever would.

Again, it's little things. Small gaps in their work and, my biggest pet peeve, is their lack of effort in detailing. The motor is filthy (the car hit the ditch and they fixed the front end), one headlight was replaced, but they didn't attempt to clean up the other one and the cabin is still disgusting.

Maybe I'm being unfair, because I'm sure the car wasn't in great shape when it was sent to them (I don't know for sure as I wasn't driving it for a couple years while I was working abroad), but I just heard an ad on the radio from a competitor while I was taking the car apart, and they said they do the work and give the car an extensive cleaning, giving it back good as new.

At the end of the day, they did okay. I understand why they didn't care, but they did the bare minimum they could get away with, and they absolutely did nothing to exceed expectations.

Tamara is very friendly and professional. I was informed in a very timely manner that the car was repaired and arranged to pick it up.

Taylor auto body had recommended another shop for things on my vehicle, and when this went bad they stepped up and straightened out this guy’s mess for me over 2 days free of charge. High marks to Alexis in the office and everyone in the shop. I was very impressed since this is very uncommon in business today. I will be remaining a loyal Taylor Toyota customer.

I just got my car repaired, got into an animal collision. The service and work was above and beyond the expectations. Derek and Kevin were very helpful as well as the lady working in front.

Horrible service. I will never go back. Bought my vehicle at Taylor Volkswagen and I won’t go back there either! A simple warranty job took a year to fix and three wasted days for me having to bring it in from out of town.
