Slow branch, Male Branch Manager likes to waste people's time for his pleasure.

I was the first guy in waiting line (there were 8 person behind me), then 25 mins later I got call. Waste of time ~

I have visited here quite a few times now and every single time i get the best service possible. The staff so nice and they will help you the best way possible. Moreover everyone is soft spoken and friendly. Thank you TD for the great service every time.

The old stuff always give good customer service help you on time and quick, now everything get changed sad

Cancelled my card without my consent or authorization!

I asked for my accounts to be locked. Instead they cancelled my cards and was told there was no chance of activating them again.

They wanted to replace my cards I've had for years. Refused to call customer service to resolve.

Would not let me explain what happened just wanted to talk over me. Very rude and unprofessional.

Take your business and money elsewhere. Horrible bank.

I am done with TD and giving them chances to fix their mistakes.

A good experience however there's not enough staff and usually a long wait here
