I was here a couple days ago and the customer service here from AMRITA was extremely terrible and disrespectful. I came to reactivate my td card and I asked her to do some other things for my account. When she knew that I am a newcomer, she changed her manner completely, she was being rude and not answering my questions and also not doing things that I need her to do for my TD bank. I asked her to make sure my card is activated, she said "yes yes yes", and later on when I came home and tried to log in to the TD App, it said my account is not active and I had to book another appointment at a different TD location on the day after to activate my card again. I also asked her to check for some settings in my account and I'd like to change that, she said there is nothing ongoing but it was actually there. It was just a waste of time to see her and to come to this location. If you feel like you don't wanna help the customers or TD doesn't pay you enough to be there, why do you still work in the customer service field? NOBODY wants a customer service like that. Just go get another job.

TD Rochdale is a great branch, friendly staff, never an issue they could not fix. Ashley, Cheryl, and Josephine are all great at making you feel welcome, the trainees sometimes are slow and make a few mistakes, but who hasnt made a mistake.
For those of you who like to yell and swear at the banking staff, grow up.

If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. Constant system issues. Inability to provide an optimal banking experience. Find another banking institution to deal with.

I reached there at 3: 57pm which was 3 minutes early before closing down. Just to ask something and the answer should have been in yes or no only. But they closed the door before time only. I mean you guys are open till 4 then should entertain customers also till 4. I could have hardly taken 20-30 secs of time.

I love this branch so much, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I go to this branch for business purposes 5 days a week for over a year now, and I have never had a negative experience. I switched to TD personally after having such great experiences over and over and I would never switch back.

Not a good branch service wise. I was trying to talk to the supervisor on dirt today about something that could have easily been done but she just walked away from me and said ‘no exceptions’ instead of having a conversation. Very poor service, very disappointed. I would definitely consider banking elsewhere.

I called my bank yesterday because they papers I had ordered were overdue, easyweb helper told me I could go into my branch to get what I needed. I went into the branch and told the teller what I needed (I was crying because these papers were overdue) and she told me she wouldn’t talk to me because I was being rude and that I had to wait for a manager. A male manager came over and told me he could only get me a DOS print out of what I needed, I was getting increasingly more upset and explained easyweb told me that they could. The male manager told me “They only say that so that you’ll leave them alone, they always send people to the branch for things we can’t do” he ended up walking away, so I called easyweb again while I’m the branch. The easyweb teller told me she will talk to him and that it is 100% possible to give me what I needed and that he likely just didn’t want to help me. He avoided me and would not take the phone to learn how to do his job properly. Another lady ended up coming over and asked what was going on, she was able to print out all of the forms I needed within 2 minutes and gave me the refund I requested since I shouldn’t have been charged for these papers in the first place.

I was so disgusted that the first two people I spoke with just didn’t feel like doing their jobs. The third lady even mentioned that these papers were due February 15th and that “these are way overdue, you should have had these already” and while I am thankful someone there knew how to do their job it makes me question why the first two couldn’t - the lady I spoke with on easyweb mentioned she worked in a branch for 20 years, and this shouldn’t have been an issue and didn’t need a manager to execute this request.

Manager IS oblivious to customer needs, no personality what so ever. Another "WOKE" moment!
