I Bought A Samsung a03s From This Place And I Highly Recommend This Place For Phone Emergencies It's Just The Service Is Too Excellent I Got My Phone+ Sim card plan For 25$ more But That's Okay Because You Don't have To Worrie About Spending 5$ or more for the plan Just. Idk What to Say This Place is Amazing

I went here to pick up a phone and was met by Tauseeq, he helped get me into an even better phone, same memory, better quality and for the same price (even though it was priced higher than the original). He was very professional and helpful. The price of the phone was more than fair. We had to order in a screen protector and case for it, there was a small wait but he threw in the case, protector and charging cable for free and even offered to deliver to my home and install free of charge. He is very quick to respond to texts and has an excellent demeanor. This was probably one of the best vendor experiences I've ever had. I would highly recommend this place as well as dealing with Tauseeq directly. Thanks again for a great experience, I'll be back for sure.

I took my tablet to replace battery but was talked in to buying a Galaxy Tab S2 SM-T813 for $250 that works fine but has damage or chip-wear around the edges and no software updates since aug 2019. It is 2016 tablet so 6 yrs old. He calls that a good deal. I could pay less for new samsung tablets online. He said he would get a case free for me (guilt?) and then took almost 2 weeks to get it and tried to charge me $25 for cheap looking sleeve that is $8 online that I used in the meantime and he wants back. I don't intend to give them anymore business.

After reply: so i can get my $250 back and go get a brand new chrome book with that?

I must say they have done excellent job for my laptop.my laptop fan was broken and creating a lot noise. They replaced the fan and clean out the whole interior. Best service in town.

They put a password on my computer making it so I couldn’t updated my settings or access certain things on my computer after they were done working on it. My computer is now useless to me and they won’t answer their phone any time I’ve called.

I inadvertently trusted what appeared to be Microsoft troubleshooting website and trustingly gave access to some person who hoodwinked me and Tech Edge fixed all problems. They were professional and expert in dealing with my computer. And they were low expense as I am poor and could not afford the prices of others.

Very good deals, amazing customer survive, I got a phone and received free Bluetooth set with it, all just for 300$. The person that helped me was tauseeq aziz, I definitely recommend you to go there.

I took my laptop in because this place had excellent reviews. However, I was so disappointed and feel I was taken advantage of. The gentleman in the store was very polite and walked me through what they would do. He told me he would phone in a day or two with the diagnostic of the laptop. He didn't call and I gave him an extra day before I phoned to check the progress. He didn't know and had no information, again he told me the technician would phone me later that day - no call. I give them an extra day and then I phone to check. They still have no answers for me. They have now had my computer for 8 days and only for the diagnostic. I called again and demanded a call by that afternoon. So, my conputer can't be fixed - fine, it happens. But I get them to transfer the data to a USB stick, he quotes me $100 plus the charge of the USB stick maybe $30 at most he says, no more than $150. It takes 2 days to do this and I had to phone again to find out if it was finished. On the phone he said it was $140. I pick up my computer and there is a sticky note on it saying $80. He then tells me its $150 and asks me to pay cash. (sketchy much). I paid the $150 with debit and took my laptop. I will never recommend this business to anyone.

I brought a phone in about the middle of may to get the screen repaired. After 4 weeks I decided to call back turns out the new owners just took over and they were still getting all the inventory from the old owners. I asked about my phone and they told me they never recieved it and said they call me once they found it. The guy offered some store credit if he couldn't find it. I go back 4 weeks later and they still haven't found it and this time no store credit this time I have tried asking for it back they said they still never found it. It has now been 3 more weeks and nothing just got completely ripped off. I dont know about the other customers but that is my experience and my reason to write this bad review.
