I've given these guys multiple chances to do work for us. They're consistently MONTHS later than they say they will be, not open when they say they will be and a complete waste of oxygen. DO NOT bring anything here for repair. According to the staff this is all the bosses fault. Way to go Dennis! Can't believe you're still in business.
They also screen their calls, called 5 times from our landline without an answer and then from a random cell phone. They answered the cell phone.
This is by far the WORST customer service experience EVER.

Came for screen repair, they broke my home button and replaced it with whatever is available in the market, now my touch sensor doesn't work! Should have read more reviews before coming to them.

I dropped off my 3ds with its case and a few games to get the screen repaired, was told it would be 2 to 3 weeks for parts, ended up being about 4 months.
Once the parts came he preceded to tell me it would be rdy in a day or 2 for the next 3 months. After I went to finally pick it up he tells me he has lost my ds and gsmes.
Very unprofessional business. I would avoid bringing ur electronics here.

Can’t express how happy I am with Dennis’s work after bringing in my wife’s iPhone 6 that she thought was bricked. Had it up and running the next day and very reasonably priced. Now she can get her photo dump off that phone of our first and I look like a hero. Thanks so much guys!

This is my third time coming here for all my needs for cellphone or laptop Dennis is a good person to deal with.
