I had a fantastic experience with the Telus representative (harman). The service was prompt, and he went above and beyond to help me. Kudos to Telus for having such a committed team member.

I bought a new iPhone from telus yesterday. They guys are really superb. Amazing service. The name of the guy was Harman. He was very helpful he gave me a best deal. Thanks Harman keep it up. Best service Telus.

The staff are not willing to help the customers. I had a time crunch to upgrade my phone before the bring-it-back ran up and because no physical store is able to process debit for bill payments I am now forced to pay out the remainder of my phone because I will be away from all services before my online banking payment goes through. I had to urge them to call their support before they would even think of making a call and rather than try and see if there was some way around it, just relayed the message that there was nothing they could do. The exact words from the manager at the store was “I just work here, I can’t do anything about company policy” which was a blatant lie. He could have offered to put in a complaint for me if he had some inclination of customer service. To top it all off, I had already talked to a representative at Telus who said that they would find a way to make it work with the online banking bill payment option.

Had a great experience with Harman! He was very patient and provides great customer service. He got me awesome deals with my Iphone 14 Pro purchase and gave me the best phone plan catering to my needs. Will definitely come back to this location for my future purchases!

I have had one of the best experiences buying a phone at this location. My sales representative Harman S, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was very concerned buying a new phone plan due to a bad experience happened with my past carrier (Virgin) but he addressed all my concerns. Was worth visiting this location!

We went to Midtown branch, for just only to inquire first regarding iphone 14 pro max. The staff name SUNNY P was so amazing. He explained everything nicely and clearly. He was so patient and knowledgable in every details. We really have a great awesome experienced. Thank Sunny P your doing a great job specially handling different attitudes of people and situations, continue your good works.

We had the most patient and thorough customer service rep ever. He solved all the unique challenges with my situation in a friendly manner and even followed up directly with me afterwards. Would 100% recommend.

Said they were doing everything they could. Debated giving me a better deal right in front of me and decided not to, then told me i shouldve came earlier. Also got the details wrong on their own plan. Waste of time.

Chance was really awesome! He made the experience a great one!
Edit: had an issue with one store and had to come back to this one, was met with resistance on whether or not they could help us, they didn't have an accurate count of stock and their skus are wrong, argued over 5 dollars difference on their ticketed item because "they change the prices on us and don't tell us" (they have to hold your hand for a store with 50 or 70 skus?) and "just come back every day to check if we have stock" eventually the worker resigned to doing his job but only after resisting and raising his voice at us, his name started with A and ended in berg, and very much needs some training in customer service or atleast know his boundaries on what he can do for the customer. My wife and I then had to go back to the first store to resolve the issue we started with at that same store. Very distressing that they reel you in and then turn around and treat you like this. Chance was great the first time we were there but this location is not worth the parking fee to go see.

I just want to thank the gentleman who helped me to understand why my phone was not connecting to Telus today. I did not notice his name, but I hope he sees this and knows how much I appreciate him. He tried a few things and then noticed that my phone was waiting for a software update that required more GB's. So I went home, made sure all my phone photos were saved, then deleted them to free up enough space for the software update and Voila! Telus connected itself. Thanks again, SO MUCH for your expert assistance!

Telus in general is a terrible company - do not get set up with them ever!

Had to get a brand new phone (my own fault), got a $50 case, and $50 glass screen protector - glass screen completely smashed up within 10 days. They also changed their monthly plans apparently? Went from $90 to $113 a month. I already wanted out of the $90 plan I was paying for that for some reason wouldn't allow incoming calls and overcharged me $200 in data.

The guy who helped me on the other hand was the most pleasant person I've come across in my 3 years with this company. Still doesn't warrant anything more than a 0 star for this company as a whole.
