Roman was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products offered. He was very proficient and the process, which usually lasted longer in the past, was done quickly. I have already recommended him to friends and family in need of an upgrade

When the customer service is so good, you have to leave an amazing review.

Anyone who uses Telus, if you need an in-store rep, Roman at Lawson Heights is your guy.

He worked incredibly hard to get me a phenomenal deal and new refurbished phone, was very thorough in answering my questions, always GENUINELY polite and eager in conversation (Others have sounded annoyed or bored), professional and courteous. Even did a follow up call just to confirm everything went through and to ask if I needed anything else. Usually dealing with Telus in the past has been a nightmare between customer service and their online processing. But even with their difficult system causing some hiccups, he made it as smooth as possible.

Telus, whatever you’re paying this guy, it’s likely not enough, and give this man opportunities to advance in the company because you will not regret it.

Seldom I leave positive reviews so trust me on this one.

We are very happy TELUS customers and have been for ten years or more. We run a small business. We change iPhones and watches often and always do so at TELUS in the Lawson Heights Mall on Primrose. Jordan is our service rep. He sold us a complete set of phones and accessories 10 months ago. He helped us choose our phones, got us all set up and he’s provided service ever since. Jordan is a real asset; friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. We’ll track him down when it’s time to upgrade! Both TELUS Primrose and Jordan are highly recommended!

The woman working at this location today, Saturday June 3rd/23 has a garbage attitude and ZERO customer service skills. TELUS just lost a loyal customer of 14 years today, mostly because of this sales representative. Thanks for nothing! Maybe find a new line of work. We walked a few stores over and found a couple of sales representatives that are actually good at their job and willing to help with true customer care and knowledge.

Went in for a bring it back program, the case they sold me originally that the phone was never removed from caused scratches on the metal backing, refused to accept and told me had to be fixed or I owed $550.
They said luckily you have a protection plan, asked how much I would pay with that, they stated $550.
After all was said and done left disappointed but with a new phone.
I also purchased a screen protector but there was an issue with a poor oil like look underneath. Sales person told me if it doesn't go away in a few weeks bring it back and we will fix it. I asked just bring it in or do I need the box and receipt, sales person said no just bring it in seems to be an issue with these covers.
Came back today as the screen issue did not resolve.
Presented the phone to the sales person.
Nope sorry no receipt and no box they are unable to help.
Explained my issue to the sales person and what was explained to me, again not receipt and box no assistance.
Hopefully Midtown has better customer service.

Sunny went above and beyond today for me. He upgraded two lines for me and got my home security set up with discounts! He is ABSOLUTELY amazing to work with and listened to all my concerns and got me what I was looking for quickly. I highly recommend going to Sunny for your mobility and home security needs! I would rate 10 stars if I can!

The lady in the store was very nice and helpful.

The reason for my three stars is that while I believe it is important to retain your culture and language, you absolutely should NEVER speak in another language when dealing or discussing customers right in front of them.

Three of the staff had a full on conversation about us and what we wanted for a solid five minutes, this is a very uncomfortable practice for most people.

Friendliness and service is super awesome, just try to be more mindful of how you are coming across while you are at work.

I'm really not impressed with my visit today, they seemed to not know what to do to help us and contradicted themselves a few times, but eventually did what they were supposed to do, if not everything they should have done for us. Overall not a good customer experience.

Not necessarily this store but telus in general! I have been on hold for 30 minutes haven't spoken to anyone! I am trying to send an email but every time I open an app on my phone it shut its down just as fast as I can open! This has costed me a settlement from a company who cares about their clients!

I have a dilemma bout exchanges last couple of weeks. And finally got solve last night. Im thankingall of the people that made it happen from the lady in the loyalty department that i talked to last weekend.i forgot her name sorry and Mr Noureddinne and the telus Lawson mall. I think its Vrajen thank you very much. Thats why i always stay with telus coz they will always take care of you.

Staff was rude and seemed like the lady i delt with was more interested in keeping the store locked and on her phone then dealing with me.

My mother needed a new phone. We had previously stopped at 2 other Telus stores in the city but couldn't get anyone to help us. However the Telus store at Lawson heights mall was very helpful. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful.

I have been here a few times, and my visits are usually disappointing. The staff are really not that helpful, except for this one time when there were two charming ladies who were super helpful.

My rating doesn’t directly reflect on this store, I’m sure there staff are decent. I’m writing this to warn people considering switching from SaskTel to telus. Be warned they can make their plans sound cheaper (to the point of apparently even lying and saying it will be 90$ plus tax then you get your bill and they’re charging you $120 plus tax, yes I have this all in writing lol)

After spending about 8 hours on hold, I’ve since emailed them (5-7 times now) and haven’t recieved any responses

My sister and I switched from Sasktel. First Crystal helped us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We left to see what Sasktel could do for us but ended up coming back, because Sasktel couldn’t match Telus’s deals. Crystal even tried to find us at the Sasktel store (we had gone to another one) when she realized that she had misinformed us of one fact. When we came back, Crystal had gone home (it was after 5) so Saad and another fellow without a nametag helped us. They were so helpful and patient, even though it was an hour past closing by the time we left! (We bought 2 phones and it was possibly the last day of the deal). We appreciate their patience and the above and beyond customer service of all three of them. It is a great beginning to our Telus experience!

I walked into the Telus store with the desire to upgrade my phone to the best phone on the market.

That was not what I was sold. I was sold a 3 month old device. With a sub par data plan and poor quality accessories.

The screen protector I was sold was poor quality and came off within 3 days of regular usage. When I contacted the store regaurding this. I was told it was a manufacturing defect and I would have to contact them.

So I did. I contacted the manufacturer of the screen protector and was told it was not a issue with the product. But rather. The installation. Here's the fun part. The Telus Rep installed it for me.

Dont worry. Ill be contacting your head office today to get this sorted out.

Moral of the story. Do not walk in to this store without knowing exactly what you want and don't ever purchase accessories from this store. Go to Jump.ca next door for better service
