Asked salesman for help trying to find a specific type of screw. He just showed with a finger where it is supposed to be, turned his back to me and ignored me. BIG ONE STAR

Very unhelpful. I went here with a bolt and asked for help as I could not find it throghout their bins. They measured it at the counter and had me continue to find the bolt myself which I was not successful. There was almost no one in the store so was strange they could not come and actually help me. Anyway, our company will not be using them anymore as they have wasted my time.

Chad is the man! Never had I received such good service! He was patient with me. When I was asking questions, he answered and explained in a very friendly and extremely professional manner. Also he had my order all ready for me to pick up the following morning! And was awesome when I made a last minute change! Overall I’m very impressed! I will be purchasing from Chad again!

Not open on the weekends. They are missing out on thousands of dollars by not being open on at least Saturday. Some companies have an emergency call out number. The construction industry doesn't stop on the weekends.
