We received assistance from Chetan Patel at the Regina East location on Sat. Dec. 23. He was very helpful in showing us different sectionals, dining tables and tv stands.
He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Spent a lot of time with us as we made our decisions.

Worse costumer service ever. We bought a sofa couple of month ago which came with four pillows, After two month all pillows covers ripped off as you can see in the pictures! They claiming this never happened before.they refused to help us by saying it is not normal and even though the sofa has guarantee they disawoal to address the problem.
Sorry for myself to being their loyal costumer.

I appreciate the reply to my review although it was not backed by promise for resolution to other customers. I personally see no excuse that you can send a new sales associate to the floor of your store with no mentor. I have no problem with her hospitality or kindness although she struggled to use the computers and we required two additional associates for assistance in just processing the payment. Similarly when I did bring this time issue up with one of the ladies whom was in charge of contacting the warehouse to release the item, she had noted that the lengthy check out process happens for every customer.

Its not worth my time to shop at The Brick again.

We had the BEST experience at the Brick in east Regina today! Thanks to our salesperson, Chetan Patel, we found everything we were looking for at the best possible price. We will definitely shop here again!

First time I tried a the drick so somebody work in the drick told me if you get a flexiti card can you have free box security KIT and don't give me if you don't give me why you told me that give you free?

We had issue with our mattress but we were able to claim warranty and the transaction was very smooth and fast. Chetan Patel has been very helpful explaining the process and making recommendations. He knows what you need without being very pushy. Special mention to Kat from customer service and Tuan the Manager for assisting us.
Shout out to the Store Manager Curt for helping us with our matress replacement and for all the asistance.

I bought full bed set, office desk & massage chair from this location, Kartikey was the sales person. At the time of purchase Kartikey, informed me that since the massage chair is assembled from the manufacturer, I don't need to purchase additional assembly services and simply I need to attach the digital display only. But at the time of delivery I got all the parts of massage chair in the different boxes.

If he didn’t know the packaging and assembly details then why he gave me misleading information at the time of purchase?

After my purchase, I got email from Brick about delivery schedule and in that email they specifically informed that it is for delivery only. For assembly you need to schedule appointment letter on. I therefore assumed that all assembly, including that of massage chairs, would take place after December 7.

Brick delivery drivers are lier too, on top of that they didn't assemble my massage chair. I had already asked them at the time of delivery if they might help me in putting it together, but they had refused and had already taken my signature without my knowledge and now it shows in Brick records that I refused to assemble massage chair.

When I contacted Brick about this issue then they said they have my signature on legal documents so they can’t help me to assemble the massage chair.

Brick already charged me for the assembly of my office desk and bed set, and now I'm only getting calls to assemble the bed and not my offices desk.

If someone took your signature for something which you are unaware. Is that legal? Lying is legal in Brick’s customer service policy?

I would strongly recommend to go anywhere else but here.

The management team here gives slim to no help when dealing with warranty issues. I've had an ongoing case since June that has still not been resolved. Not impressed at all.

Horrible customer service by the Store Manager himself. Zahid was extremely disrespectful to my parents and gave them false information regarding sale prices. I wish I was there to advocate for them since English is not their first language. Would not recommend going here when he is working. I hope he learns common human decency one day:)

Spent lots of money on bedroom furniture and had it delivered. Paid to have my old mattress removed. When they arrived they said they cannot remove my mattress because it was not inside some kind of plastic bag. Apparently the salesman at the store forgot to give me one. So they left my old mattress sitting in my living room, even though I already paid for it to be taken. The driver had extra bags but wouldn't give me one because they were for "online" customer, even though it was his last stop. What a bunch of useless people. They take your money but after that nobody cares. Now have to waste my Saturday waiting for them to come again after fighting with them for days about it. They just don't care. The last time I ordered from the Brick they just didn't even show up when scheduled. Never use the Brick. I learned my lesson, twice. They just don't give a hoot.

Dont ever go there terrbile service to the customers my experience was terrible admfyer buying a tv from them lasted barely for 4 months and when i went to the store they are like they don’t know what to do is the manager told me.hideous.

Purchased a couch from the brick approx 2years ago.

At the time we bought the couch we also purchased warranty ect.

After being reassured many many times by their sales rep, that if we ever had any problems that we can file a claim and there would be no problems.

I say this because at the time we were highly skeptical on their warranty that they kept really pushing on us.

So here we are today…. Contacted The Brick East Regina on Sept 09,2022 to to ask how we can file the claim. Sept 11,2022 I provided all the information that they asked for. (Within 72hrs like they asked for)

They contacted us the same day denying our claim because it wasnt reported “within 14days”. Our problems with the couch began around the end of August 2022.

It is extremely ridiculous how we can purchase the warranty package of 3-4years to be denied right away. With no consideration.

With all that being said, it is No Doubt that the warranty the Brick and their sales representatives push on buyer is absolute scam. Especially for a company that takes such pride on excellent customer service and customer experience is more of an act then anything else.

For any other persons who is thinking of purchasing from The Brick to highly reconsider as there are other vendors who will provide great service while honouring there warranty without stealing your money.

It is a great experience to get the professional service from Mr. Chetan Patel! He is very courteous and considerate! I recommend him!

The sales guys there are always in a hurry to sell you products and warranty to make their commission but the store Turns around and say sorry when you want to make a claim saying the Sales person miss communicated to you. I will advice you ask the sales guys more questions and not trust them. They only care about commission and not customer satisfaction.

Chetan was great and he was very much informational about the products we purchased and he presented relevant options for our choosing and gave us time and space to make our decision.

Just left the brick in Regina east after buying a new couch. The service was excellent and highly professional. Anyone looking to purchase an item at this location ask for sales consultant Chetan Patel. He is knowledgeable and is extremely helpful. He made our experience a good one and we even had a few laughs.

Stay away from this store. They delivered wrong parts for my bed. Its been almost 3 months, I am reaching them out every week. Every time they have some story. Once Items are sold, they dont take any responsibility even its their mistakes.

October 6,2020 we purchased a Bosch dishwasher, October 26,2021 it stopped working.luckily, we had purchased the extended warranty. I called Regina East store and they don't deal with extended warranty, gave me a number to call.called the number and after being put on hold again and again, they tell me they have no technician in the area to come to look at it. So they asked if I would be willing to take a store credit and I could do what I wanted with the dishwasher. I said I guess I would take a store credit.what are my choices? NOT ONCE in the conversation did he say I had to purchase another dishwasher. Store credit. In the meantime we unhooked and took the dishwasher to Shaughnessy Appliance in Regina and they graciously fixed it within 1 hour. East side store phones me to come in and pick a dishwasher for my credit. I told them I don't need a dishwasher but I would look at purchasing a table and chair set and pay the difference. They said it was only good for a dishwasher.after much discussion I knew I wasn't getting very far with the matter so went in and picked out another dishwasher, of course they didn't have the one I wanted in stock, so will have to wait.needless to say I will have a brand new dishwasher FOR SALE.
I WILL NEVER GIVE THE BRICK ANOTHER DIME!

Got home from work to a dead dishwasher. Called the Brick and received amazing service from Chetan. He’s always great and answers any questions we may have.
