I recently had the pleasure of shopping at The Brick, and I must commend the outstanding service provided by their employee, Sartaj. His professionalism and warm demeanor made my shopping experience truly exceptional.

Sartaj is not just an employee; he’s a wonderful person who goes above and beyond to assist customers. His product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm were evident as he guided me through the store, helping me find exactly what I needed.

Jen is the best. I buy everything through her. She's very knowledgeable about all the products sold by The Brick. I work nights and live out of town, so she helps me out by conducting business by text message. If you need anything, go meet Jennifer. You won't be disappointed. Your awesome Jen.

I got a mattress from the brick in yorkton. Found exactly what I was looking for at very good price. Troy is very helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Store manager is also very helpful and addressed all my concerns.

We just bought a mattress from the Yorkton Brick, previously I have had not great experiences here but then we met Jen. She was so helpful in deciding on a mattress that would suit our needs, and had lots of information on mattress quality as well as pricing and deals. She met us once and remembered our names and our 2 kids names. She is a great person to deal with and would shop again at The Brick soley because of her. Thank you Jen.

Terrible products. Terrible customer service. Don't know how they keep the doors open. Place is a joke. Got a new kids twin bed from there wouldn't even hold together for a 40lb kid. Terrible dealing with them.

RUN! My sofa arm popped and is loose after less then 2 weeks. The Brick brand furniture is obviously cheap and terrible quality as it broke within 2 weeks from simply stand up after sitting on the couch! I bought a new sofa, love seat and tv stand. I spent over $3,000 here. But worse then the poor quality sofa is the customer service. MY GOD I am APPALLED and HORRIFIED! When I went into the store it was empty the Manager's customer service was atrocious. He acted like I was a nuisance even though the store was empty and my sofa broke instead of sympathy and showing any care he told me go talk to the guy at the computer and email the store the pics. I did but did not email the store as I did not want to deal with such rude staff. So I didf the warranty claim online as directed by the live chat. When I called 3 days later to adsk about the status this same guy at the computer answered the phone and belittled me and scolded me he then literally started YELLING at me and scolding me how I should have sent the pics to the email its my fault he continued to belittle me. After he finally said he would dig into it I said ok thank you. He slammed the phone down on my ear and then hung up on me! This is beyond acceptable! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THE BRICK AGAIN AND I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO AS MANY PEOPLE I KNOW REVIEW SITES I CAN AND I AM IN THE PROCESS OF HAVING SENIOR MANAGEMENT CALL ME ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. This is unacceptable by a staff member to treat a customer this way who had his brand new sofa break on him within 2 weeks. NEVER SHOP AT THE BRICK ESPECIALLY THE YORKTON STORE THESE 2 staff members treat you like garbage especially the guy that sits at the computer and answers the phone. The store manager is no better either. RUN!

Very pleased with Nicole with assisting on our few purchases. She was very helpful and had the patiences to look online for what we needed.

Met Nicole, very courteous and knowledgeable about products available. She really gave me information that helped me to decide on what I should be getting. Make things a lot easier especially when you are not used to shopping alone for stuff like furniture. She was the company I needed. A professional one for free.

Wen to The Brick yesterday. The sales lady Christine was very helpful. She explained my warranty fully to us and how it works after the warranty is finished about money towards something in store. The manager was very helpful as well we ended up buying something more than what we went for and he helped us out with an awesome deal on a great chair. Wonderful service yesterday. Thank you

Hi Troy Jordans Sales Representative at the Brick store located at Yorkton Saskatchewan canada. Is a very knowledgeable approcable, and friendly if you are coming in to a large purchases for your new home. Or a small purchase for purchase for your apartment never too busy to answer your questions or offer his assistance.

Went in earlier today to look for a stove, fridge and to check on my grandmother's bed order that she hasn't heard anything about. We were disappointed as we didnt recieve much help looking for the fridge and stove. Then when we went to check in on her bed frame she ordered through them, and paid an extra 150 for delivery. This is the second time she has talked to them wondering when it would be delivered just for them to tell us they wont deliver to esterhazy which she had to pay extra for! She now has to try and find someone or another company to deliver it and they would do nothing except saying they could refund the delivery fee. Will not use again, completely turned off the brick after this experience.

Troy is a capable and knowledgeable salesman in your store. His comparisons on various beds was helpful and much appreciated. We trust we've bought a bed that will provide comfy sleep for many years.

Had the new salesman, Shawn, convince me to come back for the VIP event. So glad I did. I had already priced everything out on my phone but there was a dispute in one of the prices. He was able to talk to his boss and honour the price. Very pleasant person to deal with!

I just purchased a complete living room couch set from the Brick in Yorkton. Jordan W was the sales person I dealt with and he was extremely helpful right from the moment my wife and I walked through the door. He listened to what we needed and made sure that I left the building knowing that I got the best deal possible! I will be going back to deal with Jordan in the future for any additional purchases! Went in with the intent to purchase a mattress, and that’s exactly what I did! Troy was super helpful with answering all of my questions and explaining everything I needed to know. Great customer service!

My salesperson, Nicole, was excellent. She showed me different sets of furniture, patiently listened to me whine about limited finances, worked with me on setting up a calming room grouping, made appropriate recommendations with regard to final selection and helped through the whole transaction. Best place to buy the furniture for your house as per your need, very knowledgeable staff, Shawn Holowachuk was really knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting and giving details about the products. Suggest everybody to consider this store.

On March 30,2019 we purchased two power reclining leather loveseats.
The sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained
the prices and the deals that were available.in the future when we need
purchase other furniture we will definitely be shopping at that store.

We came in looking for a bed and were leaving with a bed, pillows and mattress protector for amazing prices! Also a shoutout to the employee Troy who really knows his stuff! I now know some things I never knew before!

Shout out to Jordan. Service was good and he was very professional in making sure I understood the procedure for the creditcard and getting the best deal for my purchase.

They brought in a chair for us, as they didn't have a floor model. Told us we could sit in it but then didn't want to take it out of the box when it came in. Finally after an extended period of discourse I was able to see it and sit in it. Could've done a fair bit more to make the experience less painful.

These guys take forever to deliver your products. They don't honor their commitments and promises. Still waiting for my product after 2 months.
