Upon receiving the Carter 2-piece, I received the incorrect brackets for a section of the couch, preventing the attachment of one of the arms and the rest of the sofa. I made multiple calls and sent numerous emails with accompanying photos to explain the situation. On each occasion, I was informed, "You are doing it wrong, " followed by, "We'll get back to you. " I knew I had the wrong brackets on the one section since I was able to attach the rest of the couch and the other arm together without issue. This continued for over a month until I decided to order the correct brackets from Amazon myself.

As a new comer, i was in so much worry to find the good mattresses within my budget. Thank god, I went into the Clarance Avenue brick store and found out the person "Vickie" who helped me throughout the process and made me comfortable to try the beds thoroughly and narrowed my choices. I went for the 2nd time to place the order and he still requested me to try once again just to ensure I'm comfortable and he explained to me in detail on all the queries i had. Such an amazing guy, if you hit Brick Store, ask for Vickie to deal with.

Just bought the furniture for my home. Nitin Jain guided us throughout the process. His product knowledge is so impeccable! He is just next level. I am going back there just for Nitin.

James at Humboldt Brick was very knowledgeable and helpful as we selected a new queen mattress. He was pleasant to work with and answered all our questions. We will definitely go back for future purchases!

Overall experience in the store was fine.i put my order in for my dresser ($450). It came within 3 days.i take it home set it up and every corner on each dresser is chipped and missing paint.quality needs to be back on their priority list.i’m so disappointed.and yes i have warranty on it.but it’s the fact of getting the dresser back to the store to send it away and waiting for a new one.i live alone and can’t always find people to help me move heavy objects.it becomes a hassle.

Hubby was at the store to pay for a Nectar mattress plus free sleep bundle deal and the transaction didn't go as previously arranged. No free delivery within the time discussed, the free sleep bundle package wasn't available and they wouldn't deliver that when it was, said delivery wouldn't cover the item because its free. Going back to the store to close the transaction was pointless, we could have gone to the location closer to us but i felt the associate should close the sale. To think we were given the appointment to come in when he did. I'm very disappointed, poor customer service.

I bought acoffee table, bedside tables etc, and Yuktii was very very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. She told me about their warranty which I bought for rest of mind. I like the ptiducts i bought. I am looking forward to enjoying my items, and I am very grateful to Yuktii for her professionalism. I will certainly recommend the Bricks to people, and I am more than happy to buy more things from the Bricks!

Stopped at multiple mattress sellers and Al from the brick on clarence was no doubt the most knowledgeable we dealt with. Excellent suggestions, comparisons and explanations. AAA+ level customer service and patience answering all of our questions and allowing us to decide on our purchases. Thanks Al!

Great experience. Came on News Years Day when they closed in 20 minutes. Everyone was very patient and friendly but not pushy, the salesperson was fantastic! Helped me out a lot. Nicely decorated, calm environment.

Went in to buy a mattress with my husband and it was the smoothest process! NJ was super easy to deal with and very knowledgeable about the beds.

Really appreciate Yuktii help in purchasing a new dryer. The price was so reasonable that we bought two the same as our daughter is in need of one! The extra warranty is so worth it for peace of mind as well as it will be a store credit if not used in the time frame. Great experience and no pressure at all. Thank you!

Having bought a piece of furniture on December 31st 2021, once we assembled there were many pieces that were broken. It’s now October 17th 2022, and nothing has changed, even though we have called over 10 times, and being promised it will be rectified, one of them being Trish, the sales manager. We are so disgusted with the disgraceful care from The Brick that we will NEVER shop there again and would urge you to think long and hard before parting with your hard earned cash.

Great Staff! As I wandered through the many options they were very helpful with any questions I had. I did not get the fellows name but he helped me greatly!

They always advertise this sale or that sale but the prices are never actually down. Annoying thing is that their staff would chat up to break the ice, their initial way of interacting is ‘hey are you from India’ although I’m not but can’t they simply focus on persuasion and sales rather becoming personal ‍️
Sale guys sale; persuade, close the sale, don’t run the background check where I am from!

Bad service I bought a freezer and they said wait 4 days than come pick it up then they sent me a email saying your order has been sent come a get it and when I went to the store then they said that me freeze got sent to a different store

Had great service at the Saskatoon South Stonebridge location. Nitin J was the salesperson answered all of our questions and respected our decision to shop around and we were back within an hour to make our purchase. The customer service he provided was amazing. The delivery crew wow, they were prompt, two young guys who safely brought up the couch to the apartment. My every mother enjoyed how polite and fast the delivery was of her new couch. Will totally recommend this location again

I purchased a dryer from this store, I had it delivered and fixed but they didn’t do to properly. They just left without plugging in the dryer and it’s hard for me to reach. They are also supposed to put in a load and run it once and they didn’t do that either. I have to call someone to help. I am not satisfied with their delivery service at all, it needs work. I am very disappointed.

Al was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable, engaging, answered all of our questions and gave us great information. We didn't plan on buying that day, however, after the great sales experience with Al, we knew we were in good hands and were sold!

I really liked the behaviour of one salesperson. He is from Pakistan, a very young and jubilant guy who explained us all the nitty gritty factors of beds, mattresses, box springs, head boards and etcetera. Had I remembered his name I would have definitely mentioned it. I wish him very best. Oh! I just learnt his name, he's Asher.

I bought a bed there a year ago, and it developed a bulge. So, not happy. But when I went back to them for a warranty, the process was super easy and seamless. I had no difficulties, mostly because their customer service team did a great job getting everything sorted.
Then, I worked with Al to get a replacement. He was knowledgeable and helpful, showing me numerous options and discussing the pros and cons of each bed. I was very happy with him.

I purchased a great 3 piece queen bed frame at a fantastic price. However the best part of my shopping experience would be the incredible customer service I received from Yukeii. She was patient, provided an extensive knowledge on the products, gave me plenty of options. She knew the sale floor plan which saved time in the shopping experience, she listened to what I wanted and didn't deviated. Never pressured and provided me with her business card and extended her customer service well beyond the end of my purchase and onto my delivery date. She provided future sales dates for an additional purchase I was debating on. I highly recommend Yukeii as your next Sales Consultant at the Brick.

Went to the Brick store to do some furniture shopping and the lady working there named Yuktii was a great help. She helped us find the perfect sofas and table that we were looking for. Great service!

Had a great experience over there while buying my very first mattress here in Saskatoon. NJ was my Sales Consultant. He is so helping & he provided all the necessary information to choose the right one. He also shared many additional information which was very useful for me as a new immigrant here. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR. It is attractive but terrible and offers zero comfort.

I made an in-store purchase of ARTEMIS GAMER CHAIR (red and black) on 21st June 2022 at The Bricks store at 100- 3047 Clarence Ave South- West, and the chair was delivered on June 24,2022.

I used the chair for a few days and was feeling some discomfort.the chair is not comfortable and you literally seating on metal, and it hurts. I returned the chair to the store for an exchange, but the manager and sales rep refused to accept the Artemis Gamer Chair.

I regret purchasing this chair and how the management of the branch handled my product return.

NJ was very helpful and resourceful in attending to my needs. I couldn’t have had a better service, and I will recommend NJ to my friends.
