We recently purchased a new mattress and box spring. G was extremely helpful and very product knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us to ensure we were getting what we wanted. G was pleasant to deal with and not pushy. I would highly recommend G for your next purchase at the Brick.

My wife and I walked in looking for a loveseat, and immediately an elderly sales woman approached us. We asked if they deliver to Wakaw, she just said no and walked away. We have been in many stores in P. A.and never had anyone say no to a delivery. Some do charge for delivery, but none have said no. We are elderly and delivery is a must. I guess you don't need the business.

Heather was fantastic! She had a very thorough method for testing out beds and spent time explaining about each one.

We had a great experience shopping in-store for a bed. As soon as we set foot in the store, a lovely woman welcomed us in and helped us right away. She listened attentively to everything we wanted/needed with comfort style & price range. Thank you!

The representative was courteous and pleasant and easy to talk to. He gave information on the mattress and features that made the mattress right for us.

DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK IN PRINCE ALBERT! Never have we been so frustrated with a company. We spent a tremendous amount of money on a brand new bedroom set. Once it arrived, the head board and frame were not compatible, pieces were warped and broken ……. I called and spoke with a manager who finally agreed to send a tech out to our place to mcgiver it together. The tech never came like he was supposed to and was belligerent on the phone with me, complaining that that he was tied up at another job and couldn’t work late. He advised me he could come IN A WEEK. I phoned the store and spoke with another “acting” manager who was just as rude on the phone with me, telling me “just drill some holes into the frame yourself “. He was condescending and kept interrupting me on the phone. We had planned on buying a new bedroom set for our son, but it will be at another store. The Brick certainly does not know what “customer service “ means.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I especially appreciated Jacuelyn's service. She made the experience extra special for us! Thank you!
