The Brick

Purchased a new Samsung washer and dryer with a stacking kit through the north Regina location. The salesman was excellent and knowledgeable. Not pushy or anything. Informed us of all features, extra warranty and other program information thoroughly but we had declined. Once the female manager stepped in for finalizing the sale she was pushy with the extra warranty, while offering no benefits or additional information to the product. Simply just rudely asking “Well why not? ”. When delivery time came the two delivery guys did not try once to stack the unit and had measurements completely incorrect. They left telling me to “cheat the system” and return the washer and dryer and claim it was “damaged”. My husband and I were able to stack the units on the first try. Being long time customers of The Brick this experience was definitely lacking in professionalism and just general effort in the delivery. Will definitely be questioning whether we return to The Brick for our next purchase.

Horrible Customer Service! We purchased an OTR microwave. The salesman confirmed that if it did not fit in our space properly we could return it. Because it has been longer than 7 days (there was never any mention of a 7 day time limit when we purchased it) since we were able to get around to installing it and the box has been opened (even thought the microwave has never been removed from the box) we are told that we are now stuck with it.

Had help from talking with Erica online and bought my couch set I have been waiting to get. She was very helpful through the whole process and answered all my questions promptly. It was great to be able to buy my couch set with great friendly service)

Daman was very helpful when shopping for new appliances finding the best match and price, when come back again for sure

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CHEAP PRODUCTS. DO NOT BUY
While buying they will be nice to you and after sale service is very very poor. I dont know why they have customer service people when they dont know how to help and solve customers problem
