The Brick

Had a great experience here. Service was helpful and quick on answering several questions. Never felt pushed to buy. Did not have to search for someone to help. Baby’s room is ready now.

Both times that we have shopped at the Brick in the last couple months we have had wonderful service. Lorraine. S. Marisa and Nicole are awesome she is friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

We went in on the beginning of the big tent sale to look for a mattress we found the one we liked and purchased it when it arrived and we got it home we realized it was the wrong mattress. We went back to the store to find out how to get the right mattress and were told that the sign in front of the mattress was the wrong one and the person that ordered the mattress ordered the wrong number to begin with all said and done I had to pay extra for not one but two mistakes that had nothing to do with me I will never shop there again

Went in and bought a mattress during the tent sale found the perfect one and bought it only the sales person typed in the wrong number for the mattress so upon getting it home and realizing it is not the one I bought I went back to the store and asked how to switch it to the one I originally bought, to make this happen I not only was told that I would have to pay more money to switch it because during the set up they put the wrong sale sign in front of it. Now I understand personal error but where does accountability come in where the store says hey you are right we screwed up let’s make it right and they screwed up twice! I bought there once before in the early 2000s and said I never would shop there again well shame on me I should have followed my intuition will defiantly be going else where for anything else

Had great customer service who came to check on us while we made a decision which was helpful, and answered all our questions promptly! Didn’t feel like we were being pushed to make a sale which is also appreciated! Excited to get the purchase in space for it!

Have a new house coming in December and we needed to purchase a new fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer

Our sales person Lorraine was so helpful and blew us away with her knowledge of every product. She found us the right products for our budget and had lots of experience on each appliance.

Staff were very helpful and took extra time finding a machine that suited my needs. Their assistance and support made the experience very positive!

The beds are to hard I can’t sleep. We had two beds. Both were faulty terrible. Terrible terrible never will I get a bed from the brick again
