WE HAVE ONLY ONE TECHNICIAN FOR REPAIR.

I purchased two matteress and one sofa set (3 and 2seater) from bricks. Two seater was damaged and I reported the same to the store. I bought the insurance for the sofa set too. The salesperson assured me that if any damage happens will repair the same as quickly as possible. Now it's the third week am waiting for repair. I called the store today, read the reply from the store' as "we have have only one Tecnician for repair and he was having medical problem".
Now store is saying you need to wait one more week (not promised) to get call from technician. And Tecnician will give you date as per his convenience may be in next week or later.
This is what I experienced from the customers service. The most amazing thing that the store is not supposed to call technician from your end, it's the the technician who will decide everything. I want to give them zero rating but Google is not allowing me to post the same.

Not expected from such a big brand making excuses.

Hey everyone, don't buy from "The Brick" and here is my reasoning.

I had purchased the 5 year warranty with my sofa sectional. When I tried to use the warranty in a timely manner, they wouldn't reply back to me after I had already gotten a case number. After several weeks, I had to try and find out what was happening with it. They said my request was denied even though the warranty clearly states that they will repair what I am claiming.

Buyer beware. Don't fall for the upsell of these warranties. They will not honor them. It's a cash grab in my opinion. I am sharing so they lose business. Bad company, poor quality.

Mr. Imtiyaz is a very good sales person. His behaviour is truly appreciated. As well as Rakesh. Both of them helped us to select our dining table and everything was smoothly going. Thank you guys.

Helpful staff. Mansi M was great. She gave us time to look around and explained everything very well. No pushy sale. She also helped arranging the delivery accoridng to the availability. Overall it was a good furniture shopping experience.

Visited The Brick outlet in Saskatoon North for the first time on Boxing Day. Shopping for furniture here was a great experience and we found ourselves happily within budget too. The store Sales Consultant Vishal did a brilliant job in aiding and guiding us with his recommendations in selecting our furniture.

I visited the Saskatoon West showroom for purchasing mattress set. The sales girl had a vast knowledge about the product and she was friendly. I would definitely recommend this store.

The only thing that disappointed me was the delivery, they will take approximately 2 weeks for the delivery.

Hiral Patel Has been our sales rep on several occasions and we have enjoyed dealing with her immensely she is very knowledgable and a very lovely person to deal with. She has gone out of her way and above and beyond our expectations on several locations. We would highly recommend her to all of our friends and would deal with her again and again.

Well I was just there, August 30,22, no one offered to assist me, not impressed. And I needed a number of items! Going somewhere else, do not recommend!

As a first time buyer at the Brick Outlet, i had an awesome experience because Kaushal was so patient in showing me all the furnitures that i needed. With his great customer service, i was able to buy a lot of furnitures. He takes time to explain each type of bed, so it was easy for me to choose. He doesn’t descriminate so i was comfortable buying more items.

Very happy with our experience here. Salesman Rishit wasn't pushy, just very helpful. We're happy with the prices too.

A very weird experience. The sales person followed us from about 10 feet away and didn't say anything.

Rishit J is one of the most experienced and knowledgeable sales person. Anyone looking to buy should consider buying from him. He goes above and beyond in making sure you get all the facilities and get your work done with ease and less stress. Reach out to him if you want to make your buying experience a cake walk.

I came to Canada in the month of July 2022 and needed to furnish the house. I was introduced to The Brick by friends and I met Hiral Patel as the sales rep. She was very good and attentive. I was updated at every slight change in time of appointment and deliveries.
I had a very good experience at the Brick. Good products, nice environments and very warm atmosphere.
I hope to come back as needs arise.

I have shopped at the Brick for a number of years and my most recent experience will be my last. The store experience fine but not exceptional. The delivery was awful, damaged items, delivery personnel that was unfriendly, rammed with our purchases and did not fulfill their duties such as setting up the bed (which is supposed to be included in the delivery). I was reimbursed a whomping $88 for delivery and half of one of the box spring which I do not believe adds up as I recall delivery was $100. Very disappointing as my other experiences with the Brick have been positive!

Rishit was very knowledgeable, and helpful making my experience of purchasing a mattress set etc…effortless/easy! This kind of service goes a long ways and appreciated it very much. I would personally recommend him as a sales consultant to anyone looking at their next purchase! Thanks again!

They have terrible customer service. I went the store today to shop dining table set. It seemed there are nobody at the store. I look all around the store to find some sale staff to help me and give me some information. There was just a lady who was busy with a customer that seemed they were from same country. She didn’t notice me and keep saying I’ll be with you in couple minutes. I wait there for about 30 minutes and she was still dealing with the other customer. No other sale person where there in that big store to help customers.
I left there very disappointed. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

Worst experience ever. This company has gone straight downhill. Their idea of “in stock “is sitting in a warehouse in Edmonton. Amongst other pick up issues this will be my last brick purchase

Brittney deserves a raise. She worked her excellent customer service skills and pulled strings to get my freezer delivered when originally promised and on time. I need the door handle to open the opposite side so it needs a little extra attention. But she worked it out and instead of waiting till mid June I’m getting it this weekend! Great customer service Brittney! Thank you!

Lily Feng approached us respectfully and asked if we needed assistance, which she was very helpful with showing us the mattress deals along with surround sound products. Customer appreciated help and kindness.

Purchased a couch paid in full. The first couch was too big to get inside so we picked another at the same price, the second couch was never delivered. Sucks having to wait so long for deliveries and they don’t even come or are not able to be delivered now I’m supposed to wait even longer because they didn’t do their job correctly? Not fair. Getting a refund and hopefully better service elsewhere. The 3 stars are for the bed being delivered a week and a half after purchase.

Shady pricing…. Tell you a price, but it’s only if you take the “open box”. Sales people are robots

Shameful. Terrible experience shopping with my mom in this store. Had to get her out of her chair to get up the 2" lip. Hardly accessible, and the store is completely unnavigable with a wheel chair. Just shameful from the curb and didn't get any better.

I’m disappointed with the vulture like sales staff. I understand commission sales well but when someone hovers and expects me to buy the most expensive set because “it’s better” than the rest, I’m gone. Sales staff that hover lose my sale. Yes, introduce yourself but I’ll find you if I need you. I won’t be returning to the brick.

I shopped the store on Circle yesterday, for a recliner and Lily was super help. She knew her inventory so well and was able to help me chose a suitable chair for me. Unfortunately, you don't ship out of town. I live 100km away and found a retailer in Battleford (100km) that had a similar chair, with delivery. Sorry Lily, you went out of your way to accommodate my specifics. Wish the store would have access to a delivery company that you could refer your out of town customers to.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. Never ever going to do business with the brick anymore.couldn't leave a zero star review. We purchased a dining set in December 2021.we were promised delivery on March 1st, received two phone calls to inform us with delay to the end of March & then till the end of April. When we explained that this wasn't acceptable & that we wanted to speak to a supervisor. The reply was okay will inform the supervisor & they should call you back.never received a call back! We called the store again in April to complain about the delay & requested to speak to a supervisor. A manager took the call & her reply was that the dining set we purchased was on back order. So basically we purchased an item that didn't exist! We were promised a delivery on zero basis & guarantees. They sold us the set just to meet their sales target with zero credibility. The manager even told me the end of April delivery wasn't even guaranteed! Really frustrated & looking for a higher consumer rights agency to file a complaint!

It is a middle of the road furniture with high pressure sales personnel. Did not have much of a selection of smaller fridges, and none were in stock. Had to come out of Edmonton. Would take upwards of 5 weeks to get. When you need it right away, that is not convenient.
May go back for something else, sometime, maybe.
