Why can't I give negative stars?

I guess if you drank and enjoyed dank places, you might like this place. That seems too be the alure of this place. I guess when your drunk you don't care about things like service. Service was Horrible, down right Horrible. Staff weren't even ready for our party. Parking lot had a bunch of shattered glass all over it, too

I got the friday 12 ounce prime rib deal. The prime rib was the fatties, tuffest peice of old cow I ever had. Get that east beef out of their and get some western beef in there.

The food is okay, but not very interesting. The fries they use are some of the worst I have had at a restaurant. They seem extremely short staffed as empty tables were all dirty, and the staff seemed overworked and under paid. It is an excellent sports bar however, so if you want to watch TV and drink some mass produced beer, it's a good choice.

The last 2 times the food has been not pleasant, steak sandwich was decent but the mushrooms were salty beyond good. This time the "grill" was out of service and the beef dip was nasty, tasted microwaved on a soggy bun with corn chowder soup that was more like corn in a bowl of milk. This is the third strike for us will most likely not return

I came with my sister last week. We both noticed that the bartender up on the roof was running his hands through his hair and on his face. Not washing his hands; then touching glasses, straws and dumping his hand into the ice. I also witnessed another group who I assumed the staff knew them because our waitress and the bartender spent lots of time talking to them. The bartender was also touching her hair too. Gross.

All kinds of wings and type of wings were wrong on skip order. 6 wings per order woth no meat on them. Lack of sauce and seasoning and they got 80 percent of order wrong. Yikes. Also only 3 slices of cucumber and 3 pieces of celery for 6 orders of wings.

I went here for the Thursday night pasta special and wow - really good price for the quantity. Alexandra did a great job with our group and made sure the drinks stayed full! Well done.

Been really disappointed from this location We been waiting almost 20min till someone stopped by asking if we got help but waitreses constantly passing by without paying attention.
Food wasn't as great what we used to it nit fully cooked strange seasons. Had the meal multiple times in the MJ location and been allways happy there.

Went in and had a bad experience with the manager on shift. The General Manger Ken Poag was quick to reach out and address the matter. He sorted things out in a polite manager.

Good food, Good servers, Overall a good place. If you are in the area and need good place to sit down. Give Brewhouse a try.

We were there on Sat afternoon, July8/23 with our family and as we were leaving, my nephew had a heart attack outside door! Ken (GM), was sooo amazing and helpful and was there ready to do anything we needed! It was very appreciated! Thank you Ken! Next time I’m in town I will b happy to give you our business again! My nephew is recovering and will b fine! Great Place, I recommend it to everyone! GREAT food and EXCELLENT service! Mary

Will go to this restaurant in Calgary. Everything tasted amazing in Regina! Great place to take a date or watch any games. Lots of tvs and the staff is amazing. First time and I was very impressed.

Have enjoyed Canadian Brewhouse in the past. However, we had issues with the cleanliness and food availability when we were there on Friday June 30 at 6pm.

Several items on the menu which were recommended to us by the server, were not available. Our party, and the server, only become aware after the order was placed. This implies poor communication with management when items listed as specials (several drink specials) as well as common items like onion rings were not longer available.

Also, we sat in the patio area at the top of the restaurant and, even though we don't expect cleanliness to be a top priority for outdoor seating, the quality in this case was terrible. Many of the tables and chairs were covered in bird droppings with no attempt made to clean them. We managed to move things around sufficiently to find a clean area for our group, but we were surprised there was no attempt made by Canadian Brewhouse staff to assist.

Definitely not the standards I expect from this restaurant.

Earl and levi have exceptional service and made the tastiest drinks and shots i’ve ever had! 10/10 i will return these guys are awesome

Pretty good overall, surprisingly have the cool forks and knives, in my home town everyone stole the forks so we don't get the fancy ones anymore lol.

Had a great meal. The service was excellent and both the manager and Jessica came to check on us.

The food is great. The place is huge. So huge that it's hard too get good service. We went back to check if it was better than before. It wasn't. Both times they were covering this huge place with 2 worker's. Too recap, good food, poor service.

Jessica and Caylin are the best servers/managers I have ever had. So much respect and patience while we sat with them. I could have never asked for better service, will be a regular customer after this experience!

Food was good but was a little let down in the fact it was cold. Apps thar come out in cast iron were barely warm. Otherwise good atmosphere lirs of tvs showing rhe game and UFC.

Good food. Service was good but soon as 8 hit we felt pressured to get out cause we had our children. Never been there before so didn't realize they had a no minor after 8.
