We went for a group dinner, few days ago, I really love the food especially the Pizza but service is not good, unfriendly, server is not accomodating. Would love to order again maybe for take-out only

Great food and service. Pizzas are very good, but that is only the beginning. We keep coming back and find other delicious items to try.

We were starting to become regulars with our pickup orders. We would always get the Greek platter for two. We would also travel from Craven (30min drive). The food is amazing but we weren't to happy with our service. After ordering our platter in the late evening, I sent my partner to pickup. He wasn't aware the platter came with a salad. After returning home we found out our salad was missing. We assumed they were closed because their open sign was off at 9pm and doors were locked. He had to be let in to get our order. A few days later we ordered again and asked if they could give us another salad to replace the one we never got, but they refused. We even described the girl working that night she forgot our salad. Nope they wouldn't budge. It's unfortunate that they lost us as customers because of a salad. Better hope they don't forget part of your order because they won't accommodate you for next time. That's money we lost out of our pockets.

Super accommodating despite being a late night arrival. Don't recall our server's name, but she was excellent. Mainly had several pizzas, which were delicious

My first time ever in Regina, I was taken here for lunch. The place is easily accessible from City Hall where my business was being conducted. Initial observations of the place was quite welcoming. Clean, not overcrowded but not overly standing out. I was not hungry so i ordered the chefs salad. It was fresh and the serving was quite large. Over all nice experience and good food. Will definitely come here again if I return to Regina.

The food is great but it does take awhile to get your food once you order it. I assume it's because a lot of it is being made fresh. The service for me here is hit or miss. Some days it's fantastic other times, it's very brisk and they don't seem to have time for you or make silly mistakes like giving you cutlery 10min after your meal arrives. Good atmosphere best for a leisurely lunch or dinner not a quick one. Menu favorites include the spinach and feta pizza, and the chicken soup.

Two visits in the space of 10 days. One in dining room and the other at lunch in the bar. Shared a tasty pizza. A delish small ceasar salad. The lunch was a chicken avocado wrap with a signature lemon soup. So good and enough for take away. The service suited the times of day And service was excellent.

I’ve gone here twice and both times it was a 10/10 experience. The food is just amazing and the service is really good too. I would definitely go here a third time.

Great local business to support! We love getting the pizza and take out platters when we have people over. Food is always delicious and service is great. We once had a pizza delayed on our pick-up, so they added an extra pizza free of charge, since we had to wait longer than expected.

Great place to go for business meet and greets with private rooms. The wings and drinks were great!

The only thing good was the quick divery. Meal came with everything all lumped together, fish on top of lemon potatoes and vegies so everthing tasted like fish, fish was also over cooked. The greek salad was not traditional, it was a greek country salad, didn't expect a lettuce salad and it came without the dressing. Driver had to come back with some. Garlic toast was only toasted on one side and they missed adding garlic butter. In all a tv dinner would have been better and less costly.

This place changed our night. Passed through Regina on our way back home to Winnipeg and had dinner here.
The food was authentic, rustic and for me, nostalgic of the hot summer nights eating in Greece with family.
The baklava is unforgettable, haven’t tasted a dish that perfect since my yiayia was alive. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, the ambiance warm and welcoming. This place deserves more than 5 stars!

We love the Copper Kettle. Right downtown, amazing food and service. They have great Greek food and 40 different pizzas to choose from among other items. It's great for dining in, sitting out on the patio or take out. The Greek Salmon was delicious!

Heard about the dolmades and had to try them. They were delicious. I would recommend. Had the chicken souvlaki. Again it was delicious. The service was great and friendly. Loved the original menu blow up on the wall. Whish I could still get pumpkin pie for ten cents.

Food was really good. Our server was very friendly. If you are a gluten-free person there's lots here to eat. Person I was with was pleased with the amount of options. Hot wings were really good. The only thing I didn't like were the menus. They're just paper stapled together. Nice place, good service. You should get menus

Accommodated our group of 9 after our reservation was lost in rush hour. They set up a beautiful table and had our orders taken pronto with a smile. Our server (son I think) was fantastic.food was delicious.
Recommendation of a 5 star for sure!

The food was delicious. Had the spinach and feta pizza and calamari. The restaurant was bright and clean with good service.

Very quick service and their chicken wrap was surprisingly good! The outdoor patio is cozy and has a great view of the park. The staff are lovely and easy going.

Steak was way over cooked i orderd a medium rare but got a medwell steak.possibly because they left it in the hot window for long enough for the plate to be scalding which further cooked my food.veggies were either old or over boiled. It tasted ok but for a 25$ not at all worth the amount i payed. Definetly won't be back

We stopped at the Copper Kettle after a football game. Our friends were in from out of town. The restaurant wasnt busy at all. I've eaten there for years and it's always been good.

They did not have the drink I ordered off of their menu. Two of their specialty drinks had no alcohol in it. After waiting over an hour for food, our guests pizza order was wrong. When told the waitress but she argued it wasnt wrong. Finally she offered a new pizza. Our guest cancelled his order. The manager, instead of coming over to discuss the problem, told us to meet him up front to pay. We had not finished our drinks. There was no offer to box up our food.

They had also messed up the order at the table across from us. There was also a dirty dental flosser on the floor. Not a great impression for our out of town guests. We wont be back!

Great food. Service was great at the start then fell off after food was served. I had the lamb chops and would definitely have them again. There were 6 of us and everyone enjoyed their food and the atmosphere. Would recommend.

Never will come here again. Got our order wrong, no liquor in our drinks. When asked about it got mad pretty much kicked us out.

Don’t know how to mix drinks. Fries are not the best, Look crispy, but are some what mushy

Lacking in service and quality of food. Might of been an okay place in its day, however not so much now! Not recommended

Pita bread and hummus is delicious. Had the beef stroganoff, the beef was tender, cream sauce was also delicious. Would visit again.

We had the best experience with all the staff at this restaurant. The food was amazing and the service staff went above and beyond to make our event unforgettable. The updates in the restaurant including the new gorgeous teal walls and décor made the experience that much better. I would highly recommend this restaurant for any event as its a very welcoming space.definitely a hidden gem in downtown Regina. I just booked our next event next month there.

Big group had dinner there last week. Tip was already added to each bill but person accepting payment did not tell us. Even after I asked to see the bill she did not mention it. Due to many of us waiting to pay, l was not able to carefully check the bill. Almost the whole group ended up double tipping.

They may end up with more tips this time but we will not go back again.

In case it is not clear what "double tip' mean. We were ok to be charged 18% as a big group. But all of us paid another tip on top of the 18%. Eg.total of 18% × 18%. The cashier accepted the double tip from more than 10 payments without let us know tip is already included.

Had a great team wind up here - the food was delicious and the service was amazing. Yes we were a big group but everything came out great and the servers were very attentive.

We ordered delivery as we were staying at a hotel and did not want to go out again. Had the Greek Feast for 2 and it was AMAZING! So much food at such a great price and everything was beyond delicious. Thank you!

Copper kettle has great food and great service. I have been there for many different occasions but mainly business lunches which they are always quick with. They have a buffet if you’re really in a time crunch or you can order from the menu.

I found the Friday buffet disappointing. Perogies were dry, beef was tough, salads were overloaded with Parmesan cheese. Desserts were either too dry or too sugary. Just a big ol' buffet of meh.
