I was honored to be at my Granddaughter's wedding here. Beautiful place, courteous and friendly staff, clean and spacious.

This is a beautiful facility with inadequate staffing. 3 different people were in charge of our booking because they were either re assigned or had left the organization. So communication was pretty challenging.
I had emailed them earlier in the week to ask about whether I would be able to use the sound system and what kind of cables I would need to hook up my laptop to their projector.
No response. (8 days later - still nothing).
When we got to the place to setup there was no assigned staff to assist us. The one tech guy (who was really nice) was also helping set up the buffet, set up drinks and a couple of other things. I kept wondering why this one guy had to do so many different jobs.
I did not have the right cables for attaching to the laptop so we actually had to go and buy the right ones. This was super stressful while we were trying to set everything up. (This could have been remedied if someone had just responded to me email earlier in the week)
In the end, our event did go off well. And I’m sure other people have had great experiences. But the price tag did not match the service we experienced. I would likely not use this facility again.

We had our wedding here back in 2022.
The venue is beautiful in the winter. Communication with the staff was exceptional and their service throughout the whole day was great. Stef, one of the coordinators, was on top of everything before, during and after and I had no worries on the day of. It helped a lot because we had taken many photos and was busy the whole time haha!
We also had a couple of items left by our guests and they were quick to send an email about it afterwards.
* For those that are looking for a pet friendly venue, for a fee I was able to have my dog attend our ceremony, and it made our day much more special! Pets weren’t allowed in the bridal room, and I only really wanted my little guy to attend the ceremony and take pictures during the photo shoot, so before and after that we brought him to furbaby pet care, which is 7 mins away.
