It was not a great experience. Staff were difficult to find and not helpful when one was found either.

Yet another retailer who feels no need to have a single cash register open. I feel no need to shop there any longer.

I ask 4 different workers for directions to find turf material and all 4 of them give me separate instruction. Spent 25 minutes walking around until I was finally guided to where they were. It’s a lot of point and go and pray you find what you need.

Drove 2.5 hrs one way to buy a bathtub only to get home only to find out on install day it was damaged.
Now have to drive 2.5 hrs each way to return it as they refuse to ship one out to replace it as it costs too much yet i have to spend 140$ in diesel to return it and miss a day of work.
If u buy anything large boxed from them id open it in store and check it prior to purchase.
Manager has no intentions to fix the situation other then a 100$ discount if i buy another one why would i spend another dollar in saskatoon home depot I will not be doing any further business with them.

There are a variety of products you can find here. The only thing I was concerned about was the price in the store was different from the website.

I rented a van for small movement, the gentleman at a rental kiosk was very helpful, and super friendly, rates for rental are awesome

Not my first pick location to get stuff for house renovations.
Now not as many stuffs as before you can find, and the price grown higher lots.
Somehow, you always can find some substitutes for you need

Went in to buy a filter for a humidifier and they were just closing the isle when a employee in the plumbing dept wouldn’t even inquire as to how long it would be closed and the fact that the filter that we needed was steps away. (The men were working at the far end of the isle). He slammed the gate and walked off! Normally the staff are very pleasant but this man needs to get his customer service in check.
Luckily there are other stores available in the area.

Its ok, the staff gets 5 stars, always helpful. But the store never has what I'm looking for. Basic plumbing supplies, air tool attachments etc.

Nice place to get all your home improvement needs. Got some blinds that didn't fit and it was so easy to return.

Most of the staff are willing to help and are quite knowledgeable in there departments. Great selection, prices arent always the cheapest in town.

This review is for Chirag specifically. I was searching for a specific socket that was shown to be in stock. After searching forever myself, I asked an employee for help who also couldn’t find it. I was ready to give up but Chirag gave it a try and found the sku on a box up top on the shelves. He went up to get it helped sort through the box until we found it. Thank you, Chirag!

First store online shows 18 of what we want. So away we go! But when we get there, online and in-store still shows 18 but none to be found. We call across town and confirm that they have what we want. Yes I see them we are told. Ok. And we are off again. We arrive. And no product again! We spot the code on a pallet stacked at the top of the shelves.we ask for help. 25 minutes later we walk over to where we can see the pallet lift. They are opening a pallet, not the one we saw with the product code and are told they don't have any! We show them the pallet with the product code and are told it is labelled wrong! The store has been closed for 10 minutes now. Some days I wonder why I even try to shop at Home Depot!

I shop mainly at this store because of location to me and for most parts they have a general overall stock of most products and prices have started to drop slightly but for large quantities it pays to shop around. Lately i have found that both Lowes and Rona have a more diverse stock of items such as plumbing, electrical and certainly moldings, and there paints are definitely more reasonably priced

Home Depot needs to revise its trailer rental reservation system. I arranged to rent a 6 x 10 enclosed trailer for a house move that could only be done over set days. You can only arrange the pick-up date online. I phoned the store at Clarence and was told I didn't have to enter how long I needed it for, I could tell them that when I picked it up. Call me confused, but how can you manage inventory when you don't know how long vehicles are out for? The day before pick-up I got an email saying the reservation was cancelled because a trailer wasn't available. Had to scramble to find a rental from another company. Having got that arranged, later in the day I got another email from Home Dept saying there was a trailer available. Not good and I will not use their rental service again.

I spend a lot of time and a lot of money here when I’m in Saskatoon. Although they ask, I am usually pretty self-sufficient, I don’t require a lot of help from staff.

Most Unprofessional most rude staff including supervisor I never saw in my entire life that much unprofessional staff I need to buy a battery for my remote I ask more then 10 staff including supervisor and customer service also they didn’t help me on this I need so many things and I was a regular customer I never ever go to them i requesting others also to ignore them

Too darn big. The time I wasted walking through the store didn't justify any savings and there was no savings. The parts my friend purchased for his water heater I could have gotten cheaper in a lot smaller store.

Extremely helpful staff that can tell you exactly where anything is which is very helpful in such a large store

Friendly knowledgeable staff. If they don't know the answer they'll get someone who can.

Always so difficult to get staff help plenty standing around in the lighting area and plumbing talking to each other at the ends of isles but never enough in the lumber area this time of year

The staff are not very helpful I just wanted to buy some dunnage wood like scap wood for a window and they wanted full price so I left without buying anything poor service

This is my go to place for any project. Used to love coop but everytime I would do a project they would be out of stock of one of the components I needed.

Well organized, clean, and knowledgeable staff. There were plenty of staff members visible and available to help. A rare find these days.

Been a long time customer and have buying from Home Depot but I had some bad experience there too. Ordering products that come wrong. Don't sign off until you open it and see what you have. There is some real good staff there

It's a good place to make a stop for anything small that's needed. Quick easy way in and out. Friendly staff and good lighting selection

Was not overly impressed about how clean the place was. Was not even.a high traffic time! The staff though. The staff are pretty good. Not the most knowledgeable but try their best and it shows! HAGDE!

Staff are very knowledgeable with the home improvement renovations we are doing. They explained how to do things and helped us find everything we need.

Will not be shopping at this location again! I'm 9 months pregnant, attempting to carry a large box to the till as there were no carts available. I walked passed 3 employees on my way, all 3 acknowledged me with a hello or good afternoon but did not offer help. After I paid, I asked for help out to my truck. The cashier replied "why, you carried it up here" I replied that I'm 9 months pregnant and carrying it up here was difficult. Her response was "so". I ended up carrying the box (containing a 50L garbage can) to my vehicle. Not impressed at all.

I want to shout out my thanks to Colin for being professional, well-prepared, well-dressed and very friendly when helping me out with my pickup order. I ordered a desk online (which arrived within a few days, no shipping fees) and I pulled up to curbside pickup thinking it would be a 10-15 minute wait (which is not a big deal) but if Mr. Colin didn't come wheeling it out in two minutes flat and helped my Dad load it into the truck with a smile. Simply fantastic service. Thank you Colin!

I like this store.there's lots of staff, all nice, and not alot of shoppers so its not busy and theres never a line up

We bought 4 very expensive tents and could not even get any help loading on the trailer.
I asked, explaining I just twisted my shoulder and my daughter age 11 cannot load them. NO HELP!

Best choice for plants in Saskatoon, coustomer services in the Garden section was amazing, you feel the workers love there job:)

Really great staff was in the store maybe 45 mins and was asked 3 times if I needed help when I needed a cart one of the associates brought me one.

All in all Home Depot is a well-rounded and well-run corporate business. If I can give one critique, it would be the lack of variety in tools. They push Milwaukee, Ridgid and Ryobi hard and carry barely any DeWalt, Makita or Bosch in store and online is usually sold out. I understand they have Partnerships with certain tool companies, but this is the only reason I can't buy tools from homedepot

Given the option I would give this particular store a zero star rating.and since they have 5 star quality tools and merchandise it takes pretty awful sales and customer service personnel to drag it that far down. Outside of one reasonably helpful dude there was an overall Ora of snobbery and bitterness. Had one guy babysit me in the washroom like he wanted a date, and for what? Wasn't to help carry the tools I bought. I can see why some of them are bitter lol but why take it out on me? !

They had a great selection of wood, exactly what I needed for my project. Unfortunately, they were short on screws and someone took my cart.

Went to get a sheet of plywood and the cut unit was down and they were unable to help. Told me I could rent a saw or buy a saw to cut it down to fit in my vehicle. Won't shop here for awhile.

A little slow with curbside pick up. Didn't know which was my order when they came to deliver my order. Perhaps they were busy. But.be more organized.

Ran into a very helpful and knowledgeable staff person.who approached me to see if she could help.usually I have chase down sales associates.
